I am rejecting this response because: As I stated in my original complaint the Wireless Zone store representative stated to my wife and I that he will submit the rebate forms and no further action on our part would be requiredNo one EVER informed me that I needed to go online and submit the necessary formsI am not lying and do not appreciate the assertion by the store that all this is my negligenceMy son purchased the same phones a short while earlier and Wireless Zone Ambler managed his rebates with no difficultyIt appears to me that the store does not want to face a problem that occurred with a sales person who mismanaged my and perhaps others rebates. Thank you ** ***

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me. I would never recommend this store to anyone because it took so much effort to resolve what they stole from me.
