I was misled by their store that said Verizon in big letters on their store. They are not a Verizon company store. They charged me for their service without telling me until I got the bill. They charged me $49.99 to wait on me. I returned the accessories I bought for 134.81 and they only reimbursed me for $18.24 and kept all I had purchased. They said my cell phone would be no good at the end of the year but Verizon told me that was not true. I never would have gotten a new phone and accessories if I knew the truth. I did not pay for the phone only accessories. They were going to bill me for the phone but I cancelled it. utter
We have refunded her money.
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID, and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved.
They refunded me $49.99. Not all.
