Steer clear of Got Truck. I purchased an SUV from them, and they use every dirty used car dealer trick in the business. You cannot trust what Robert, the owner, says as he looks you in the eye and shakes your hand. His salespeople are no different. They offer a 2 week "warranty" on their vehicles, but exclude everything that could possibly go wrong. If you do buy from them, make sure that everything they promise is complete before you take delivery, and that you get your car thoroughly checked out by a reputable mechanic. Also, pull your own Car Fax, as the report they provide may not pickup on the fact that many of the vehicles they sell are theft recoveries. When you are quoted the "out the door" price, the salesman will tell you a reasonable number for Title and Registration fees, but if you look at their paperwork, don't be surprised to see that they have just $25.00 listed there. Then, when you get the final figure for delivery, it will be several hundred dollars more than you were expecting. Show up with your check for the original amount you were quoted instead, and leave if they don't accept. Even if you do this, though, they will still try to screw you, as you'll see below. As part of my purchase, I paid over $300 for Title and Registration. When my registration came through, Got Truck only provided registration for 4 months, and refused to either extend the registration, or refund the balance. After ignoring my calls and emails, I filed a complaint with the RevDex.com, which they also ignored. I could go on, but you get the picture. You're best off buying somewhere else, unless you enjoy playing games with unscrupulous dealers.
