I got a loan from Wisconsin auto title loan on Dec 16th 2019 for the amount of $2000 with a 300% interest rate, I started making bi weekly payments of $245.45 Dec 30th 2019 on time and in full. yet still my balance today is 2,343 and rising
Because of coronavirus I have been laid off and second job ordered closed by our President??? days later I started receiving calls from Wisconsin auto title loan for payment when I explained my situation/world crisis I was told there was nothing they could do, and they continued to call me several times that same week asking me for money and wanting to know if I came up with any money to make the payment. then she suggested I come in and make a payment and they would give it right back? also told me to go apply for unemployment so I can make a payment. because my situation was critical and that I would be charged a severe interest rate, late fees. and still charging me for the bi weekly payments. businesses/people still need to make money and yet still most are offering assistance on some level or degree. I did not ask to be off work. thank you
