I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below

All I want is a copy of the video I'm not going to sign NO apology for what? I just want the copy of the video like Mr.*** told me and four other of my companions that he was going to do soWhat Mr*** is stated in his respond is totally untrueWhen myself and Titia Cus
Thank you for much for your letter dated 8/20/2014. The Wisconsin Black
background-color: #ffffff;">Historical Historical Society rented out the facility to Ms. [redacted] for the amount of $700 on June 21, 2014. The event featured the guestspeaker General [redacted]. Included in the letter is a copy of the signed contract. Nowhere in the contract does it mention me doing a video for her or her organization. I took it upon myself to videotape the program
for our website to illustrate the kinds of programming we have at the museum. The day of the event, I asked General [redacted] if it was ok to videotape his presentation and he said yes. He also expressed a concern of people
videotaping him and putting it on the internet without his permission. The videotaping of this program is my idea and my idea alone; no one contacted me about videotaping it. I made the decision to videotape it the day of the
program. Ms. [redacted] asked for a copy and I agreed to that, but when she mentioned to me she was going to be making copies of the video to sell to others I changed my mind, because I didn’t want to lose control to the copies.
This is in compliance to General [redacted] concern about images of him being on the web without his permission. I don’t have a problem with her having a copy of the video, but there are some things I want first. A written apology,
agreement not to make duplications, and anything put on the web must have General [redacted] permission in writing. For the record I did hang the phone up in her face and I would like to extend my apology for that.Again thank you, if you have any questions please let me know.[redacted]Executive DirectorWisconsin Black Historical Society
