Review: I hope you can have the Wisconsin Club reimburse me. After a couple of phone calls, I would appreciate it if you would please call me back. I would like to know why we were overcharged $1,179.16?Desired Settlement: Expecting to hear from you to obtain the difference.

We would like to

apologize for the confusion surrounding the issue of this customer’s

billing, or more specifically, for not responding to his inquiry earlier

this year.

While

we can see that his certified letter was signed for by our front desk

attendant, the letter was not correctly routed within the club, and thus

we missed the opportunity to respond appropriately. For this, we are

sincerely apologetic.

As for the billing question, the event was held in September of 2012. We prepared an estimate of the billing 3 days prior

to the event, which totaled $4,009.31. This estimate included beer,

valet services, dinner, service charge and sales and exposition taxes.

It appears that the customer is questioning why he was billed approximately $1200 more than the estimate

After

the event, the billing was prepared using the actual number of

attendees, and included the bar billing which could not have been

calculated prior to the event. The final billing totaled $5,225.13, and

was paid in full on October 11, 2012.

We

believe the customer was correctly billed for the event, and regret

that this was not addressed promptly with him. We will send a written

reply to this customer immediately.
