XThank you Revdex.com fir stepping in, my medication was filled short by Walgreens and Dr back dated the difference if shortage pills and the health fund and insurance company refused to fill it, they did see this on there end, The Revdex.com is amazing and I thank you for helping a disabled women get her medication filled properly

Thank you for contacting Wisconsin Health Fund (WHF) regarding this issueIt was our pleasure to research this because our members, and their health care needs are important to us.This person is insured through her spouse by WHF, a Multi-Employer Trust FundThrough our research, we discovered that
this participant requested a prescription refill earlier than our Pharmacy Benefit Manager (PBM) allowsDue to HIPAA regulations, we cannot go into great details, other than to say that our PBM allows refills for this medication two times in a sixty day periodIt was determined that this participant exceeded the allowed benefit, therefore it was deniedHad the participant contacted WHF Pharmacy, we could have explained this to the participant and requested the PBM to issue an override for this prescription.We also discovered that the day after the denial by the PBM, the member contacted WHF and the override was requested, approved and the participant was refunded her money by Walgreens Pharmacy minus her $co-pay, before the Revdex.com contacted WHF of the participant complaint.Thank you for contacting WHF regarding this issue and allowing us the opportunity to serve you.Respectfully,*** ***
