Regarding the complaint filed by Mr*** ***, it is unfortunate that Mr*** does not understand the insurance industry and that you must pay premium in advance for coverage. I wrote an application for insurance for Mr*** to be effective on 1/1/and Mr*** never paid the premium as required. He is blaming me for this problem, but his employer uses a Third Party Administrator to move money into his account and his employer was notified of the correct premium but never had the TPA firm move the money into his account so the premium could be ach'd until it was to late. I received notice from Mr*** that his insurance was not paid on March the 5th and unfortunately upon checking into this matter I found out that it was already to late to help him. Due to the volume his insurance company had during the first quarter of this calendar year, the insurance company has stopped sending copies of notifications to the agent of the policy, therefore I had no idea that this man's policy was in trouble until Mr*** called me on March the 5th and it was already to late to assist him at that time. Mr*** was given proper notice from the insurance company but never said or did anything nor gave me notice so I could try and help him until the policy had lapsed
In an effort to help him I wrote another application for coverage for a April 1st effective date and submitted it and he then changed his mind and had me withdraw it and went to a different agency and he didn't get insurance coverage till May 1st of due the regulations of Obama Care
Mr*** was initially notified by the insurance company around the 5th of January that he had insufficient funds in his account but never called or told anyone until March the 5th
This man also submitted a complaint to the Commissioner of Insurance and the Commissioner of Insurance agreed that I am not responsible for issues regarding paying his premium. When the Commissioner of Insurance agrees with the Agent and Agency of record I can only assume that this matter has no merit
Sincerely,

Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

Mr. [redacted] is the Administrator for the 3rd party he refers to and once again I am send his email response because it is completely opposite  the letter to the Revdex.com. I informed Mr. [redacted] that if he doesn't want to accept this I will have to let the Court system take care of this issue.

I am in receipt of Mr. [redacted]'s email that he is requesting $2,600, however, it is illegal for an agency to pay money to clients without proof
that these are in fact actual dollars that Mr. [redacted] was responsible to pay due to the issues regarding his insurance.  Wisconsin Insurance
Solutions can only assume that Mr. [redacted] has no documentation to substantiate his $2,600 claim and if Wisconsin Insurance Solutions has
already reimbursed him $202.23 for prescriptions then he needs to cash that check before it becomes outdated at 90 days and deduct
it from the $2,600.

Mr. [redacted] only gave us receipts for prescriptions that totaled $202.23 which Wisconsin Insurance Solutions has reimbursed him for.

[redacted], I do not own Wisconsin Insurance Solutions and I can not make this decision on paying Mr. [redacted]. The owners want documentation
before they will even consider any further payments to Mr. [redacted].  Wisconsin Insurance Solutions feels bad that Mr. [redacted] has been put
through this mess; however if he refuses to provide documentation that he in fact incurred an additional $2,397.77 in medical bills
because of this issue then there is nothing more Wisconsin Insurance Solutions can do to assist him.

I highly suggest that Mr. [redacted] gather his medical bills that he was responsible for personally for the months of February and March of
2014.  Mr. [redacted] could have had insurance effective April 1st, however, he had me withdraw the application and went with another
agency.

We would like to get this resolved before [redacted] has to go through anymore aggravation, for that I do apologize, but some things are
out of my control.

Thanks

We have offered to help this man if he will give us copies of medical bills but he refuses, so we are not going to pay him without seeing his cost for treatment.
