Bait and switch. They claim to do a turn key project... No engineers, no architects on staff limited licenses in states.
They sold me 380k home "turn key" the entire building an through the building materials. I asked for a list of what we were getting for 380k "you will have everything to complete your home" ** we spent 10 of thousands of dollars to build the house "oh that's not in our package etc.... The windows were wrong for the climate. Trusses did not fit, shortage of materials example nor order 125 2x4 short???? My builder had to chase material all the time to keep the project moving.
Buyer beware.
My wife and I met with Wisconsin Log Homes in January 2014 and paid $1800.00 for plans to be drawn. When we decided to not go ahead with the building at that time I asked for the plans we had paid for. I was given nothing more then sketches that could be printed on 8.5 x 11 paper. They were in no way worth $1800.00. I am glad we stopped doing business with them if this is their practice.
