Review: On August 4, 2015, I placed an order with this company and was notified right away that the items I ordered were on back order. I was okay with this as the store's policy states you have to wait for backordered items. Now, almost 8 months later, I still haven't received my backordered goods. I have requested updates on the status numerous times and have also requested a refund for the $50 that I paid for the goods. No replies or responses have been received. None. Not even an estimated date I can expect the goods. At this point, I just want my money back for the items as I've resolved that I will never get them. This company cannot keep the money for the goods when I have never received them nor do I expect to ever receive them. After numerous failed attempts at getting in touch, it has come to this. I'm hoping the Revdex.com can help.Desired Settlement: I want my money back for the goods that I've never received but that I was charged for and paid. The total amount charged to my credit card was $54.64.

Review: I placed an order with Beads & Charms on 12-27-15. It is now 02-11-16, I have not received product or Refund nor have I received a response to 3 separate attempts to contact them via a form on their website. I also called and left a message.

I really would like the product, as I have ordered from them before and had no issues.Desired Settlement: I still would like the product, but if that isn't possible I would like a complete refund of $46.34.

Review: On June 5/15 I placed an order on-line with Beads and Charms. I immediately received an order confirmation number and my credit card was charged. The item I ordered was in-stock and the company says in-stock items are shipped within 4 business days. When I had not received by June 22/15 I e-mailed them to inquire of my order status. Today is July 3rd, and to date I have e-mailed them 6 times and left 2 phone messages, and still have not received a reply of any kind.Desired Settlement: I would like to receive the exact quantity of the item I ordered ASAP, and if this is not possible, I would like a complete refund.

Review: Order# [redacted] I ordered from this company back on January 1, 2016 since then I have emailed them several times. I have I received an email stating the order was partially shipped. I never received this part of the order. it still states on their website partially shipped, and it still hasn't been completed. It has been four months now I would like this order shipped out immediately I need the charms and I would really appreciate getting what I paid for.

This company also needs to learn to answer their complaint,s answer their emails, and put a phone number on their website where they can be contacted at and actually call back the people that call them back.

Review: February 14, 2016 I placed an order on-line with Beads and Charms. I immediately received an order confirmation number and my credit card was charged. The items I ordered were in-stock and the company says “in-stock items are shipped within 4 business days”. On or about February 25, 2016 when I had not received my items and noticed the company had never updated the status from “payment received”, and realized I could no longer access my account with them I e-mailed through their website, I emailed to [email protected], and I called their phone number listed on Revdex.com website, and contacted them through PayPal to inquire of my order status. The response I received through PayPal on 2/26/2016 20:39 PST - Dear Robin, I am not sure why you can't get into your account. I will check the login info as well on the status asap! They refused to contact me after that and I had to file a dispute through PayPal. They finally refunded my money on February 29, 2016 after numerous attempts to get an answer from them. I finally said I was reporting them to the Attorney General and suddenly my order was canceled and a refund was issued to PayPal. I found this alternate phone number for them online where I also left messages [redacted]. They falsely advertise on their website...”Company Policy… All items that are in stock will ship within 4 business days.”Desired Settlement: This business needs to change it's claim that "All items that are in stock will ship within 4 business days." This is a completely misleading statement on their part.
