Review: On the contract that we signed with the business, we are to receive a 50 year warranty on our metal roof. Our roof was installed the 1st week of December, 2015. We were told that we would receive information within about 2 weeks after installation was completed. It is now close to 3 months. We have contacted the business through e-mail 3 times throughout this period with 1 response during January, 2016, but we have not received any warranty papers and no insurance form filled out for the reduction in insurance premiums.Desired Settlement: Would like our warranty information mailed to us on our roof as promised along with insurance form as requested. This form was provided to them.
