So I needed to return an upper I bought from them and it was not a very professional experienceI had a gunsmith condescendingly say"So your gonna return that after you beat the st out of it?"Referring to the dust cover and forward assist THEY installedThe overall demeanor of the employees was as if I was highly inconveniencing themWat to go guys, as someone who builds a couple rifles a year at least and is in to custom 1911s and AKs' I'll never spend another dime thereWhat WI slacktical needs to do is have Kyle be in charge and train these Yahoo's on how to interact with peopleIm not overly sensitive or need my hand held, however there is an amount of professionalism that you should provide if you have a job dealing with human beingsThese guys don't have it

This letter is in response to a complaint made by [redacted] to you . . . ID # [redacted].
I really wasn’t surprised by your letter, there will
probably be more . . . This story gets better and better.
Mr. [redacted]...

purchased a firearm from us at a gunshow. He
picked it up. Supposedly fired it and wanted to return it . . . Now, we find
out he was planning on using it for protection.
Why would Mr. [redacted] buy a 70 year old P1 for protection? We
get a lot of collectors. You see P38’s are very desirable guns. Over the years,
we have had to Post Signs and state everywhere that our gun sales are final. That
was hard for me, because I’ve always believed in doing business with a hand
shake and it’s getting harder every day.
We had to change our policies because so many customers buy
a firearm, shoot it and return it . . . That’s not a problem, as long as they
are willing to pay the restocking fee, $100 . . . You see, the firearm cannot
be sold as new . . .
In this case, Mr. [redacted] wasn’t willing to pay the
restocking fee.  So we offered to fix the
gun . . . And still that wasn’t good enough, you see he wanted a new firearm .
. . Sure, he said he’d be willing to pay the difference . . . But what if he
doesn’t like the new one? I think we’ve made that mistake before. Again, we
offered to repair the gun once more . . . We are gunsmiths . . . We repair,
build guns every day.  Finally, Mr.
[redacted] left the gun with us to be repaired . . . That was Friday . . . He expects
the gun repaired by Monday . . . Apparently he’s going back to California.
And now I have to wonder, when did he move to California? That’s
not what the background check says . . . We’re regulated by the ATF . . . Understand?
Anyway . . . Mr. [redacted] can keep pushing and wrecking our
reputation and we can do little about it . . . I hope you share this with the
media. Everyone has a right to know what is going on . . . Customers don’t get
their way and they post bad reviews everywhere and their there forever. And
that’s regardless of being in right.

Sincerely;
[redacted]
