I arrived at the customer’s house as scheduled on Friday July 15th to fix the problems. I walked thru every room, documented every window and their Patio door. While I was at their residence, I called the manufacturer(Lindsay) of the problems we had there and what was the proper solution to...
the problem. Lindsay’s rep told me that they would handle the problem themselves and to send them the photos and contact information of the homeowner. As far as the 3 installation issues, [redacted] informed me that HE was fixing the 2 issues with pieces of wood and the 3rd issue the contractor is going out to redo after he returns with his Scout troop the week of July 25th. I was contacted by [redacted] yesterday about the progress as they did not hear anything from Lindsay yet. I explained that I got his photos uploaded Tuesday and that in the last 2 days that they were working with all affected people and departments on this. Lindsay told me they were going to take care of this while trying to find out how this happened in the first place and that they would be in contact. The reason nothing has been done as of yet is due to the fact that the Manufacturer is now fixing the problems with the glass and the Patio door. I do apologize if the repairs are being performed as quickly as they like, but I am feel confident that Lindsay will be in touch soon as it hasn't even been a week yet.
