Wisconsin Window Pros Reviews (6)

Just has ALL (10 in total) of our windows replaced today by Window Pros they did an excellent job. I was very nervous replacing wood with vinyl but I am very impressed with the look and the quality. The crew that did the work were awesome, they even washed them! We shopped around high end to low end and we couldn't be more happy with our decision.

All interactions from the very first phone call until final completion were extremely professional and positive. The work completed more than met our expectations. We would definitely use their services again and recommend them to others.

Had Wisconsin Window Pros come yesterday to install 7 windows in our home.
They did a beautiful job, no other way to put it. I would not hesitate to refer them to anyone. Just a fantastic job!!

Wisconsin Window Pros replaced my windows after a hail storm in June of 2013. I worked with [redacted] and he was very professional to work with. He came to measure my windows and he explained everything to me. The crew that came to put the windows in did an exceptional job! The new windows that are in are AWESOME! They are energy efficient, they keep a lot of noise out, and they are very user friendly. I would recommend them to anyone! Thanks for a Great Job well done! [redacted]

My girlfriend and I ordered 13 windows for my house in Appleton on 9/25/15. We loved the climate solutions windows they sold so we talked with the salesman wrote up the contract for full frame replacements for all the windows. He assured us we were not getting window inserts and would be happy with our windows. When the installer came to measure he informed us the work he was told to do did not match what our contract said so we met again with the salesman. He explained that their company only sells window inserts and their terminology of "full frame" refers to the trim work and rewrapping the exterior wood around the windows, but have never torn out an old window frame to replace it. I believe this is all cleared up now but won't know until we see our windows installed. This set us back 4-5 weeks and our windows were finally ordered yesterday, setting our instillation date into mid December. Since Wisconsin window pros only order windows and sub contracts the installation out I don't feel I need to wait for the windows to be installed to write a review. The salesman informed us if the process went smoothly they rewarded their customers for a good review on Revdex.com with a $50 gas card, which I won't be expecting to arrive in the mail anytime soon. The 13 windows we ordered are for the top half of my bi-level house, and we will not be going through Wisconsin window pros next fall when we finish our project. My parents recently had new windows installed by Wasco, with no problems, they will be getting a phone call when we finish our project next year.

My wife and I built our dream home in 1988 never thinking we'd be replacing every window in our house from rot/decay in just 25 years. We had 47 windows installed at that time from a Wisconsin based window manufacturer. The seal material around our aluminum glad as well as entire casement window allowed moisture to enter. The windows well beyond repair and factory replacement warranty's. Nearing retirement, we explored our options very wisely this time around. We trusted no one and used our many years of experience making sure we didn't regret our decision. With so many negative experiences with replacement window projects, we wanted to be certain a vendor could be trusted. Revdex.com reports are a very important feedback that indicate legitimacy and accountability. Companies promise each of their product exceeds competitors. Having 43 years experience working for a large manufacturing and vendor installations, I'm impressed by how well any installation is handled during and after difficult circumstances. That's when reality "always" sinks in on both sides of the fence. I had six of the most advertised replacement vendors in Wisconsin provide me a quotation. They came to our house like flies, majority of them very annoying unless you signed a contract that evening. Upon completion of quotation process we sat back and went on line to learn more about the accountability/integrity vs. their product. I was fortunate to have product knowledge matching/exceeding sales individuals that came to our residence. Installations always become more difficult after signing a contract. Will the company demonstrate character, or demand a customer bend over backwards, This is often where customer loyalty ends prior to ever beginning. My profession taught me never to let sales energy translated into installation "grief" for any project. To accomplish this, I looked for a quality vinyl window product and a company with exceptional customer feed back. This requires sales, manufacturing, quality and installation working as a team to gain market share vs. profit alone. Wisconsin Window Pros went beyond what I signed up for on the dotted line. Their loyalty continued right up our final installation. I felt compelled to assist on some of the final clean-up, etc. I'm sure there wasn't another company that would of come close to their accountability, quality and efforts to satisfy my wife and I. Wisconsin Window Pros and Mr. Gast gained my trust right from the initial sale. There was never any pressure and he always respected the customer throughout the sale, product delivery and installation. I can email, or call them anytime without service charges, etc. for all implied warranty. This is not the case reading countless Revdex.com and Angie List reviews for highly "touted" and "advertised companies. I rarely go this far so soon after any installation, I was that impressed. I will be do an update in the next several years to confirm my review and accountability as well.
