All I can say is you did not address anything about your employee Rachel lying and deceiving me at my place of employment, were I have phones ring and a lot of things going on She is just a commission employee and she can say anything she wants and that is OK with your companyWord of mouth is the best advertisement , people that are treated right will tell two people and people that are lied and deceived will tell many peopleWe sent your collection agency your check , now your lying employee can get her commission Thank You ***

Rachel does in fact do the marketing for our dental offices The offer is in writing and extremely clear as to whats includedThe customer must initial the rules of use in two places in order to sign up and purchase a voucher The vouchers are non refundable however are transferable
The patient has months to use the voucher - not days as they have saidThere is no where on the voucher or terms that explains a "light procedure", this is for whitening trays and gel with a check upWe have not been paid for the voucher and no one has contacted us or made any good faith effort to explain the non paymentAll we know is that a customer bounced a check and still has an active voucher on themOnce we attempt contact with no avail we submit any bad payments to a 3rd party to attempt to collectWe would love to make this right for the customer and have them with a great experienceBut as of right now we are the victims of not being paidIf we can get that cleared up we will do what ever we can to hep out

I am sorry but Rachel was extremely offended by the commentsThe voucher is extremely clear as to what you getThere are even pictures of traysI suppose anyone can say someone just lied but you did read and sign the terms that you had read and understood everything as wellAt this point you still have our voucher and haven't even made an attempt to return itThere was never any call made to us or anythingSo we have the right to collect on a bad checkWe have not been paidWe would be willing to ask the collection company if they will release it if you return the voucherFair?

We are very sorry for any misunderstandingHowever the vouchers are EXTREMELY detailed and clear as to what is included with pictures to bootThey have absolutely nothing to do with anyones insurance! They are teeth whitening vouchers that include exam, x-rays, and the trays and gelThe
customer has to sign the rules and term of use in not one but TWO placesThey are not refundable as stated in the terms, however they can transfer it to someone else if they choose toThe cost to do whitening is regularly $plus, and the customer got a voucher for the process for $64.99! So we hope that you use and enjoy the process
