We had a very persistent and unwanted smell in the home we had recently purchased. [redacted] from CanPro Inspections continued to treat the odour until we were satisfied with the results! Larry the inspector was very patient and knowledgeable. He took a lot of time and effort to make a complete report for us including inspecting the house with extra humidity sensors and other extras. He explained us everything in details, provided estimates for the required repairs and answered ALL our questions patiently and explicitly. The report was sent to us in a timely manner the next day and consisted of 50 (!) pages of only useful information with recommendations and with a great summary at the end.
