Review: I placed an order with Wisdomking on Jan 24, 2014 for several items including a Swedish cutting board. I received an email invoice on Jan. 27, 2014 stating that all items had been shipped and my credit card had been charged. Several days after I received all the items except the Swedish cutting board, I waited to see if the cutting board was being shipped seprate. When it did not arrive I called Wisdomking and asked why I had not received the the Swedish cutting board when they had already charged me for it. I was told that it was marked shipped by mistake and that it was on back order until Feb 11, 2014. I also asked why I was not notified of this. I was told because in their system it shows as shipped although it had not been shipped. I told them that it was not legal for them to charge me for something that has not been shipped. Since I used a gift card they could not refund the card they charged. Again I waited until Feb 19, 2014 and I still had not received the item. I called Wisdomking and again I was informed that the item was on back order until March 4, 2014. Today is March 9, 2014 and I still have not received the Item. Again I called Wisdomking again I have been informed that the item is on back order until March 28th. Wisdomking is stating that the manufacture is at fault because they are not shipping the item to Wisdomking so that they can fill the order. I am concerned that my order is not getting filled because of the "shipped" status in Wisdomkings order system. I am not getting notified of the back order dates until I call to see where my item that I have already been charged for is. I am told that this is due to the "shipped" status in their system. Wisdomking still has this item on their ordering website as "in stock" and available for purchase which seem a little suspect to me if it is indeed on back order why wouldn't it be listed as currently out of stock?Desired Settlement: I want the product I ordered and was charged for delivered immediately!! At this point I believe it should be free of charge and a refund check should be sent with the item. This is a medical assist device that is in desperate need and I have been given the run around for two months and have been charged for a item that has not been provided by the company.
