YOU AGAIN FOR YOUR PATIENTS.*** AND HIS WIFE COME IN TO MY SHOP ON 03/17/THURHADTOLD ME OF ANOTHER AUTO SHOP THAT HAD DONE WORK ONTHEIR CAR, AND WAS UNHAPPY WITH THEIR SERVICESTHATTHEIR ENGINE NOW HAS A KNOCK NOISE IN IT AFTER THIS OTHERSHOP HAS COMPLETED WORK ON ITI ASK THEM IF THEY HADTAKEN IT BACK TO THE OTHER SHOP FOR WARRANTY OR TO HAVERECHECKED*** TOLD ME THEY WAS GETTING THE RUNAROUND AND WOULD NEVER GO BACK TO THIS OTHER AUTOSHOP AGAINHE WAS TOLD ABOUT WISE AUTO CARE AND THATWISE'S IS A REALLY GOOD REPAIR SHOP, SO THIS IS WHY HE &MRS *** STOPPED HERE.I TOLD *** THAT JUST STANDING THERE IN THE PARKING LOTOF MY (WISE AUTO CARE) PLACETHAT IT SOUNDS LIKE ALOWER ROD BEARING KNOCK?? ...I TOLD HIM HE COULD LEAVE IT OR COME BACK, BUT IT WOULDBE A FEW DAYS BEFORE ICOULD LOOK AT IT(MEANING TO 5DAYS) .*** DROP THE CAR OF 03/19/SEE ATTACHED SHEETS IN ORDERPLUS YOU WILL SEE AT BOTTOM OF EST INVOICE WHERE*** SIGNED TWICEONCE ON 03/19/16, WHEN CAR WASDROPPED OFFTHEN ON 03/31/16, WHEN *** MADE $1000.00DOWN PAYMENT, FOR AGREEING TO HAVE WORK DONE PLUSPRIOR TO THIS HE HAD FILLED OUT *** CREDIT APP ANDWAS APPROVED(SEE ATTACHED SHEETS).I HAD DONE A FULL VEHICLE INSPECTIONHAVE THE WRITEESTIMTE IN FRONT OF ***HE WANTED WISE'S TO GIVE HIMPERSONNAL CREDITI DO NOT OFFER THISBUT I SUGGESTED*** 3MO OR MO *** SAME AS CASH PROGRAM.HE WAS A AWARE OF ALL USED ENGINE REPLACEMENT GASKET &HIS PARTS FROM HIS OLD ENGINE TO BE REMOVED & PLACED ONNEW USED ENGINEREPLACEMENT AND CHANGE OVERS WASDONETHIS IS ON INVOICE #2181I WENT OVER ALL THE ADDITIONAL REPAIRS ,NEEDEDTHIS IS ONINVOICE #*** AGREED TO HAVE DONE.AND THE WARRANTY SERVICE ON REAR STRUTSWHICH WISE"SDID NOT FROM PAST YEARSPUT THESE STRUTS ONBUT SENTS IAM A *** STRUT SHOCK CENTERI CAN OFFER WARRANTY REPLACMENT ON PARTS, TO HELP A CUSTOMER OUTEVEN IF THE PRIOR REPAIRS WAS DONE AT ANOTHER FACILITY SEE INVOICE #2180.I TOLD *** I WAS TYRING TO HAVE EVERYTHING COMPLETE BY 04/OR 04/16/A SATURDAYI WAS HAVE SOME MINOR SET BACK TO MEET THIS PROMISED TIMEBUT *** HAD STOPPED BY FRI04/15/TO CEHCK ON COMPLETION TOLD HIM I NEED A LITTLE MORE TIMEI WANT TO GIVE IT BACK CORRECT NOT WRONGHE STATED, THAT'S FINEI CAN GET IT NEXT WEEKTHAT HE WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN.ON 04/22/CALLED TOLD *** HAD EVERYTHING DONE, FINE TUNED, TEST RUN, RECHECKS, AND IS READY FOR PICK UPHE & HIS WIFE CAME, I WALKED OUT WITH THEM TO THEIR VEHICLE, OPENED HOOD WENT OVER EVERYTHING WITH THEMMRS*** HAD QUESTIONED SEVERAL ITEMSI TOLD THEM KNOW PROBLEM I TAKE IT IN THE BAY AND ADDRESS THIS RIGHT NOWI DID, BROUGHT IT BACK OUT FRONTWENT OVER EVERYTHING AGAIN THEY SEEMED PLEASEDSIGNED ALL INVOICES *** PAPERSI MADE THEM COPIES AND THEY LEFT.ON THE 04/26/SHERRY (MY WIFE) CALLED SPOKE TO MRS ***, AND SHE SAID SHE WAS HAPPY WITH OUR WORK.THEN ON 04/28/*** BROUGHT HIS CHEVY PICK UP IN WITH A COMPLAINT OF LOW POWERE DOES NT WANT TO SHUT OFF AFTER KEY IS REMOVED FROM IGNITIONSTAYS RUNNING???? I WROTE HIM UP FOR A DIAGNOSTICS (SEE INVOICE #2192) ASK IF HE COULDD LEAVE ITHE SAID ONLY FOR A COUPLE HOUR, BUT HE REALLY NEEDED IT THAT WEEKENDSO I STOPPED WOKRING ON ANOTHER CUSTOMER VEHICLE TO ACCOMMIDATE ***'S NEEDSFOUND WIRING PROBLEMS UNDER ENGINE FUSE PANEL CAUSED BY MICE WHICH HAD A NEST IN THIS FUSE COMPARTMENTAND THEY HAD CHEWED THROUGH WIRINGI FIXED WHAT I COULD AND TOLD *** I NEED MORE TIME, TO FIGURE OUT WHERE OTHER PROBLEMS LYEHE DID NOT WANT TO LEAVE TRUCKTHEN HE'S MAD CAUSE I AM CHARGING HIM TO LOOK AT HIS TRUCKI HAD JUST CHARGED HIM A LOT FOR HIS PONTIAC REPAIRSTHEN HIS WIFE SHOWS UP COMPLAINING ABOUT GRINDING NOICE TINNY SOUND AND OIL LEAK ON HER PONTIACTHEN SHE AND HE STARTED COMPLAINING ABOUT MY SERVICEMY PRICEI COMMLY SAID IF YOU LEAVE THE CAR I WILL LOOK AT IT FIRST THING FRIDAY MORNING, (04/29/16) THEY DID LEAVE PONTIAC.WHEN I ARRIVED AT MY SHOP FRIMORN THE CAR WAS GONEI CALLED *** NO ANSWER.WHEN *** CAME IN FOR HIS KEYSI WENT FROM A HERO A WEEK AGO TO A CROOK NOWHE WAS TRYING TO TELL ME HOW I SHOULD RUN MY BUSINESSHE WANTED ALL HIS MONEY BACKIF ID DID NOT HE WOULD TELL EVERYBODY I AM NOT A REPITABLE SHOPI TOLD HIM YOU MADE THE DECISION TO NOT LET ME LOOK AT THE CARIF HE WANT TO BRING IT BACK, I WILL CHECK IT OVER NO CHARGE.PLUS IF HE KNOWS SO MUCH ABOUT BUSINESS RUNNNING, BUY ME OUTOTHERWISE I'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS YEARS AND YEAR IN THE FIELDSO I KNOW I HAVE THOUSANDS OF OTHER CUSTOMERS VERY HAPPY WITH MY SERVICES.SO *** LEFT MADE MUMBULLING UNDER HIS BREATH, I'D GET MINE...SO ***, THERE IT ISI WILL ATTACH COPIES I STILL STAND BEHIND MY WORKBUT I CAN NOT FIX IT IF THE CUSTOMER DOES NOT GIVE ME A CHANCE.ALSO, IF ANOTHER SHOP MESSES AROUND WITH THE CARAND WHO KNOW WHAT THEY HAVE DONE??? My dispute complain #***Today is the first I have heard from anyone on my complain I thought I would receive a e-mail with in days ? this dispute is not settled and while I was waiting for a response I have found more customers of Wises with the same complaints as me Mr Wise is not telling the truth when he said we asked for a personal credit ? he has signs up and appsfor *** Finance co WE asked about this and chose this instead of paying up front again WE did not at any time ever ask for personal credit.Another untruth we were told by Mr Wise is that the finance co wanted a deposit because they would not give us the full amtfor the repair so we gave him the money and we did not get anything from the finance co for several weeks at that time we seen where we have credit up to more than enough to cover the full cost again this was untruthful.Mr Wise said he would change over the parts that we had already had replaced but most of this can not be verified unless the motor is dropped and he knows this BUT there is one big and very important part that he did not transfer over and this is why I do not believe he has done the others.Another untruth Mr Wise told was that the motor came from a Pontiac Grand Prix just like ours,BUT when you run the serial # that is on the motor that is not what comes back and when I asked for the # when we picked up the car he said he didn't get it ? this explains why he did not get it.Mr Wise never tried to contact us for other repairs on the car he just done them and these were never approved .On the day we picked up the car as I said before the car was running for a while and we took it home and parked it and went back out of town, Mr Wise did call and she was happy with the car and did not notice anything because it was fine when she drove it home and had not been back in it yet, when my wife started the car up again it was loud and vibrating had a clunk when she put it in gear and when she pulled out there was oil on the floor this is when we called and told him what was going on and we took it in.There was a recall on the valve cover gaskets from GM we gave him the paper and he copied it and said he would do it I did ask for credit for that as most shops will bill GM and he did say he didn't do that (this could explain the prior untruth that he used) so when I asked if he could do a separate bill for that so I could be reimbursed he agreed but when we picked up the car and asked about it he said he included it in the bill but its not on there.Also the car has not been touched only put on the rack and that is when we seen one of the MAJOR part that was to be transferred was missing and the car was towed to another shop and has been in the garage since we have to pay off this loan before we can get the car fixed.As for my Truck I took it and asked if he could hook it up and tell me what the code said AGAIN he proceeded to tell me all of the work he did ( I asked ONLY for the code to be read) he said there was a mouse nest and yes there was but not where he said and at while looking at it my wife noticed a mouse nest in another part of the motor this is when he said his son didn't clean it out good ( this is where the nest was and not where he said) ,he also said and it is on the papers that he had to tape back together wires that the mouse had chewed apart and that the truck would not shut off unless we took out a chip AND that we needed to keep a eye on the wire behind the box because they were known to chew through that wire and that works the transmission, well we left and no sooner got down the road and the the truck would not shift gears (it was fine when I took it there) when I asked to see him again he didn't have time and to leave it and he would get to it when he had time and at this time both of the vehicles were there to be checked ( that means we didn't have a car !) we drove the truck home and had it towed to another shop later that night after everything he has done we did not trust Mr Wise to do any more work on our vehicles.And at no time did I say you will get yours ???? adding untruths do not help you Mr Wise you have proven to be a very dishonest *** *** is where we took the truck to be fixed when they removed the box there was NEVER and residue from a mouse it was spotless and there was NEVER any taped wires all this can be verified we also had the car towed there to be looked at they are the ones to put it up on the rack and show us why the car is loud and vibrates etc....we have no problem if we are asked to have the car checked by a GM dealer or another reputable mechanic ? and as I said I have found other customers with the same complaints and how many others has he done this to ? I am attaching a photo of all the oil that leaks out of the car and that is another reason as to why we are afraid to dive it.Please let me know if there is a response to this complaint today is the first time I have heard anything. Thank you *** ***
