I am rejecting this response because: Honesty is the key to any businessWhen I got to this man' s shop, I texted him, he didn't respondI called him, he gave the pgone to a lady who told me it is an automated serviceI told the lady to tell him, I saw at the shop for my refundThis shop owner wanted to meet me outside his working hours over the weekend to refund my money??? Which business owner does that? I reported him to the cops because I knew I knew I couldn't trust himAs I mentioned in my previous post, this is not about the money nowIt is a caution to people and businesses around the Fargo/Moorhead, If I had a caution about his attitude towards his business and customers, I wouldn't have dealt with himWhen you dropped my car off last week Tuesday, you lied about you transfering the money back into my accountIf you had been honest about the money from last week, your business wouldn't be hereI want people around this area to know what you have down to meGood luck to you and your business

I'VE BEEN IN BUSINESS FOR OVER TWO YEARS AND DID THIS AS A SIDE JOB BEFORE GOING FULL TIME FOR YEARSIN THE WHOLE TIME IVE BEEN IN BUSINESS AND WITH OVER CUSTOMERS I HAVEN'T HAD ONE COMPLAINT AFTER TALKING TO OTHER PLACES IVE COME TO FIND OUT *** ACTUALLY DOES THIS OFTEN TO MOST AUTO REPAIR SHOPSI WILL BE ATTACHING TWO WITNESSES THAT WHERE AT MY SHOP STATING THE FACTS OF WHAT HAPPENED 2-28-

2-17- THE CUSTOMER *** CAME TO SHOP WITH THE COMPLAINT THAT THE VEHICLE CHECK ENGINE LIGHT IS ON WITH ABS SENSOR AND THAT THE SPEEDOMETER DOES NOT WORK.I GAVE THE CUSTOMER THE QUOTE TO FIX THE ISSUEAND SHE SAID YES THAT SHE WILL SCHEDULE TO GET IT FIXED. *** DROPPED
VEHICLE OFF 2-17-AND I PROCEEDED TO FIX THE VEHICLE THE VEHICLE SPEED SENSOR WAS THE ONLY PART THAT WAS BEING CHANGED OUT.UPON TRYING TO REMOVE SENSOR DUE TO THE CORROSION THAT WAS HOLD THE SPEED SENSOR IN THE OLD SPEED SENSOR BROKE COMING OUT WHICH IS COMMON AND NOT A BIG DEALONCE I HAD THE BROKEN SPEED SENOR OUT OF THE VEHICLE I NOTICED A BIGGER PROBLEM THAT THE SERVO GEAR INSIDE THAT TRANSMISSION WAS BROKEN WHICH I HAD NO WAY OF KNOWINGSO I CONTACTED CUSTOMER AND LET HER KNOW THAT THE SERVO GEAR WHICH GIVES THE SIGNAL TO SPEED SENSOR IS BROKEN SO REPLACING THE SENSOR WONT FIX THE ISSUE, AND THAT THE SERVO GEAR IS INSIDE THE TRANSMISSION AND THAT IT WOULD HAVE TO GO TO TRANSMISSION SHOP TO GET FIXED AND THAT THE NEW SENSOR HAD TO GO IN REGARDLESS SINCE OLD SENSOR BROKE COMING OUT AND IF I DIDN'T SHE WOULD HAVE TRANSMISSION FLUID COMING OUTCUSTOMER *** STATE OK WHAT DO WE DO ABOUT THE PARTS AND I SAID WELL I CANT REFUND YOUR MONEY BECAUSE THE PART HAD TO GO IN AND IF I WOULD HAVE PULLED OUT THE SPEED SENSOR ON FIRST INSPECTION SHE WOULD STILL BE IN SAME SITUATION BECAUSE IM NOT LIABLE FOR THAT PART BREAKING IT WAS WEAR AND TEAR SO SHE SAID OK WILL CHECK ENGINE LIGHT BE OFF, I SAID YES COME PICK ME UPI TOLD HER GIVE ME MINS TO GET VEHICLE TOGETHER AND ILL COME PICK HER UPI PICKED UP *** FROM RASMUSSEN COLLEGE AT MOOR HEAD CAMPUS FROMAFTER *** AND I GOT BACK TO SHOP I TOLD *** THAT I STILL CANT REFUND THE PART BUT AS A COURTESY FROM ME THAT I COULD REFUND LABOR WHICH WAS $SHE SAID OKI TOLD HER THAT IF SHE DINT GET A REFUND TO CALL MESHE CALLED SAID STILL NO REFUNDI TEXT HER AND SAID I CAN COME TO FARGO ND TO GIVE HER THE REFUND, SHE THEN SAID NO ILL JUST COME TUESDAY TO PICK IT UP MEANING 2-28-I ASKED HER WHAT TIME SO I WOULD BE AT SHOP AROUND THAT TIMESHE NEVER STATED AROUND @ 11:AM *** STOPPED BY MY SHOPUNFORTUNATELY I WAS NOT THERE BUT ONE OF MY EMPLOYEES MIKE WAS THERE SHE ASKED FOR ME AND MIKE SAID I WAS NOT THERE, SHE THEN STARTED SCREAMING AT THE TOP OF HER LUNGS SAYING WHERE IS EDDIEWHICH MY EMPLOYEE TOLD HER AGAIN I WAS NOT THERE, SHE YELLED AND SCREAMED MORE, MY EMPLOYEE CALLED ME AND I TOLD HIM TO TELL HER SHE IS FREE TO WALK AROUND MY SHOP TO SEE IM NOT THERE, I WAS CURRENTLY OUT ON A SERVICE CALLSHE THEN PROCEEDED TO YELL MORE AND TELL MIKE THAT SHE WAS CALLING COPSAT 11.45AM I GOT A MESSAGE FORM ***, STATING SHE WAS CALLING THE COPS I TEXT BACK AND SAID FOR WHAT? SHE THEN SAID OH YOU NEED A REMINDER, AND TEXT ME THE MESSAGE OF HER SAYING SHE WILL BE AT MY SHOP TUES 2-28-FOR REFUNDI REPLIED BACK STATING I NEW SHE WAS COMING, BUT THAT SHE NEVER GAVE ME A TIME THAT SHE WOULD BE HERE AND THAT I WOULD NOT PUT MY BUSINESS ON HOLD TO WAIT FOR HER ALL DAY I TOLD HER I WOULD BE BACK AT MY SHOP BETWEEN 3PM AND 330PM 2-28-THE TIME IS NOW 3:PM 2-28- *** THEN REPLIED BACK SAYING I DONT WANT THE $BECAUSE IT WONT DO ANYTHING TO ME IS WHAT SHE STATEDI THEN RECEIVED THIS EMAIL FROM Revdex.com AT 3:04PM LAST MESSAGE I DID STATE TO *** WAS SHE WAS NOT ENTITLED TO ANY REFUND AT ALL I WAS DOING THAT OUT OF MY GENEROSITY

THE CUSTOMER [redacted] CAME TO MY SHOP FOR A HEAD GASKET REPAIR. I GAVE HIM THE TOTAL AND HE SAID THAT IS WAS TOO MUCH. SO HE ASKED IF HE COULD BRING HIS OWN PARTS. I SAID THAT WAS FINE BUT THAT THERE IS NO WARRANTY ON CUSTOMERS PARTS. HE SAID OK I THEN PROCEEDED TO GIVE HIM A NEW TOTAL. HE WAS...

OK WITH THE NEW TOTAL AND I PROCEEDED TO FIX HIS VEHICLE. ONCE VEHICLE WAS DONE [redacted] HAD CAME BY A TEST DROVE THE VEHICLE AND SAID EVERYTHING SEEM GOOD. THEN [redacted] STATED HE WAS GOING OUT OF TOWN AGAIN. AND THAT HE WOULD PAY ONLINE. I SAID OK. [redacted] PAID ONLINE AND PICKED UP HIS VEHICLE AND WAS VERY SATISFIED WITH THE WORK. HE LEFT MY SHOP AND HAD NOT HEARD FROM HIM AGAIN TILL THE OTHER DAY WHEN HE WAS CAUGHT ON CAMERA AT MY SHOP KEYING MY VEHICLE. POLICE WHERE CALLED ON [redacted] AND HE WAS ADVISED NOT TO COME ON PROPERTY AGAIN.

It is a caution to people and businesses around the Fargo/Moorhead, If I had a caution about his attitude towards his business and customers, I wouldn't have dealt with him. When you dropped my car off last week Tuesday, you lied about you transfering the money back into my account. If you had been honest about the money from last week, your business wouldn't be here.
