Customer Service has been in contact with [redacted] and has explained our company policy and the process for both refunds and reshipments According to [redacted] her package was delivered and she is stating that she never received it Our Plant in Kentucky had to open the investigation with *** to track the package since all of our information shows it was delivered to her We were told by [redacted] that it can take up to business days to investigate and this information was also given to [redacted] We in Customer Service were contacted today by the Plant and informed her order was returned to them so in turn we contacted [redacted] and let her know the order was going to be reshipped to her againHer address was verified and we processed another order for her todayThe Plant has business days to process the order per our company policiesBased on the phone conversations with [redacted] today, she is satisfied with the outcomePlease let me know if you have any additional questions Wredina C [redacted] Director of Customer ServicePinkZebraHome.com

Jessica did call Customer Service to report that she had purchased jars of Sprinkles from of our Independent Consultants at some sort of fair. She was not able to tell us who she purchased the product from or show us proof of purchase. Our process is to contact the Independent
Consultant and let them know that one of their customers is unhappy with the product purchased so they can either exchange the product for them or issue a refund. We were going to make an exception and exchange the product without going through the Consultant once she sent her original product back. She informed our CSR that she had used most of the product and just wanted her money back. We did not try to get her to purchase one of our simmer pots we only informed her that in order to get the best performance from the Sprinkles, we recommend using our one of our products to melt the sprinkles as this is the only one we have personally tested for performance. We are willing to refund her money even though she cannot provide the Consultants information or show proof of purchase but have told her that she will need to send the remaining products back to our Home Office and we will then issue a refund check to her at that time.I sent her an email on 9/29/explaining this to her and have not gotten any response. Once we receive the product and she gives us correct mailing information we will issue the refund. As stated by *** ***, Pink Zebra Home is a Direct Sales Company and *** *** is an Independent Consultant, this is considered her own business. I have contacted *** again today and she is going to get with the Post Office again to get proof that she did send *** her order
twice. When I last spoke to *** she informed me that the Post Office was doing an internal investigation, the Post Office has record that the first order was delivered to the doorstep. She then sent it again after *** contacted her mid January, this is the order that the Post Office is investigating. *** stated that she ordered the product in July but did not mention that she requested that our Consultant ***, wait to mail the order a week before Christmas and this is what she did. *** also states that she left messages for to me, Wredina C*** with no response. This is not a true statement, I called her on 4/at 4:pm and left *** a message and then again on 4/at 3:pm. I have no record of her calling me on 4/or 5/in my call log. I have tried to reach out to her but have not received a call back from her at this point.Once I hear back from *** early next week I will update this claim with her findings.Thank you,Wredina C***, Director of Customer Service

After reviewing Mr***'s account I see that he did not have his *** listed on his Consultant profileWithout this information in the system, any changes that a consultant attempts to make on their profile is not saved, this is the reason our system continued to bill Mr*** $each
month. We do not have any record of him ever calling or emailing Customer Service to discontinue these charges.I have blocked his replicated site and he will not be billed for any additional back office fees until her reactivates his account. I will also have a check processed to reimburse him the $for months, totaling $

Her address was verified and we processed another order for her today. The Plant has 5 business days to process the order per our company policies. Please provide additional information so I can investigate the issue properly.  Without looking at the Order and the Consultants account I cannot determine where the disconnect was.  If an item is out of stock the Consultant/Customer  should have received either a replacement item,...

Pink Dollar credit or a full refund.  I need the Order number and name of the Consultant so I can investigate properly.  Once I receive this information I will investigate this issue.  Wredina
