I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.
First of all their response is not truthful at allThey could not even tell us what was done to fix the seatbelt or what repairs were made to itAs far as we could tell they did nothing to itIn addition I was not spending more money in shipping to send it back when they clearly stated, " We can't get the retraction spring for that vehicle"That shows right there that they did not "FIX" the seatbelt from the startOn 10/14/they cashed our check in the amount of There has been no refund as of today(see account statement from 10/to dateIn addition see the print out from their website that states they will rebuild, reset, repair to brand new working condition which obviouslu they did not doIt also states they do ALL MAKES and models

customers statement of the problem the exact words:
on the website is says they will repair seat belts. we physically called them and they stated just send the seat belt and they would fix it. I sent them a check for 74.00 dollars paid 19.20 in shipping {this is false we only charge 59.00 for repair and 15.00 for shipping the attachment on the bottom will prove that} and had to rent a rental car in the amount of 64.09 because they were supposed to fix it and send it out the next day they received it Wednesday the 8th according to tracking and I did not receive it back until the 14th which caused us to have to get a rental car because it was not back {again she is saying we did not repair and send back next day and which is our fault she had to get a rental car for 64.09 this is also not true here is tracking [redacted]

Mail Date: October 09, 2014}. to make matters worse we got the seat belt back and installed it and it is the same if not worse {they said the problem with the seat belt was it doesn't retract back up you have to help it to roll back up}. so upon calling them they said oh we just cleaned it {actually we tightened the spring up and it was tested good but the webbing was really dirty and that causes it to not roll back up we know from experience so we simply advised them to try cleaning the webbing and it will work} apparently they did nothing. so I want not only 74.00 dollars back but they should be reimbursing shipping and the rental car. if the thing worked properly and they did what they said they were going to do it would be different but then when I asked to speak to a supervisor they refused told me they would call me back which they did and said they only reimburse the 74.00 but I am not satisfied with that as they did noting to even try to fix it. 
 
 
we also told them to send it back we would check it again to make sure it was the seat belt and not the car they refused and we also usually have to receive it back for us to initially issue a refund to make sure that there was something wrong with the seat belt and not with the car but we went ahead and issued it anyways. 
We have refunded them shipping and repair which was 74.00 dollars you will see it on attachment as well with receipt.
