Review: I have ask them to fix my window for about 2 months now. Water pours in my living room. I had to push all my things all in a bunch so they won't get wet. It comes in the window and its closed. And I talk to the man at the office. I have called [redacted], he is the head man. But they still haven't fix it. [redacted] is the head man at Coeburn Office. It doesn't do any good. I am 74 years old. I am not supposed to do anything. I have everything wrong with me. Pace maker for my heart and everything else.Desired Settlement: Repair my window.

Please be advised that the property in question is government subsidized property. Efforts to make such repairs take time and regulated procurement of services.

The incident in question was repaired the week of July 14, 2014.
