Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:All I did was ask them to email me a tracking numberNo one, but no one, gives tracking numbers over the phoneIf this company had really sent the package through FedEx as they charged me for, they would still be able to give me a tracking numberPlease note, that for all their protests that they are in the right of this, they did not even give you a tracking numberCan you please ask them to send it to me by email so that I can verify for myself that the shipment was receivedThank you Sincerely, [redacted] ***

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: The Bonus survival pack is advertised as having servings of food, Wise foods sent none, this is a misrepresentation according to my lawyerAs for their " good faith effort" the company only sent me servings of food and not the advertised 32! I will never purchase anything from this company again, nor will I allow any friend or family member to do business with the wise food company.I can only imagine how many other customers have a bad taste in their mouth after dealing with these unprofessional and unethical people!!!! As noted when we spoke on the phone, we are about weeks behind on shipping for all customers, because demand is significantly higher than supply right nowWe have to wait for our plant to make the product before we can ship it.The good news is we were able to find these products in our secondary warehouse and will ship this order tomorrowWe are also sending a free water filtration bottle as discussed on the phone

I left a voice message and sent an email to the customer letting him know about our delay in shipping and promising him his order will go out next weekHe will get a tracking number as soon as one is availableWe will continue to follow up with him on his order progress, and will offer more assistance if he makes any further contact

We have refunded you the $as requested. Please allow 5-days for the refund to be received.Thanks

We have canceled and refunded the customer's order, and sent the customer an email apologizing for the oversight

I called and left her a voicemailThis was an order we had to pull from our old warehouse contract and switch over to our new location and push to February 1st, in order to get it recognized by our new warehouse location - which was the reason for the delay on her orderI explained all of this to
her and gave her the invoice, tracking number and my number if she needs anything else via voicemailIt should have been delivered yesterday by the end of the day and she did receive a discount on there as wellShe only emailed us once into a noreply pool asking about the status of her order that was a little less than two weeks oldOur website does specify about a week to process ordersHopefully this is all resolved

Our website is very clear about what is included in the 5 day backpack. However, we understand that it can be misunderstood in some circumstances, so we have sent six pouches of entrees to the customer. She should see them within a week. We encourage her to contact us directly if she has any...

I am rejecting this response because: The Bonus survival pack is advertised as having 32 servings of food, Wise foods sent none, this is a misrepresentation according to my lawyer. As for their " good faith effort" the company only sent me 20 servings of food and not the advertised 32! I will never purchase anything from this company again, nor will I allow any friend or family member to do business with the wise food company.I can only imagine how many other customers have a bad taste in their mouth after dealing with these unprofessional and unethical people!!!!
