1) to first encountered product that below standard and not that of the normal wise qaulity then to be spoken to via the telephone in such a less then stellar level leaves some to be desired.further when a customer service representative gives a name does not exist is of great concern and demonstrative of who watching the store old clique2) when coupons were deliverable that reis not the issue but rather whenre re the coupons were NOT the coupons for compensaio for rather discounted coupns and was quickly address ad as inform we were told to keep the discounted coupons and forthwith wise would send the appropriate full value replacement coupos . Instead we were spoken to and treat in such a horrible manner which lead to filing compliant for lacking of fullfilling say mention promises=[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved]
