Review: (Table) When I had problem with top of table they kept on putting me off to come and check it when I call. I check with them every 3 or 4 weeks finally when they came they said it was where I had set something on the table. I always keep plate mats plus when we eat I put napkin over that, they said they would be getting some new tables & chairs in but every time I call they would keep on putting me off. It soon will be April of 2014. I still haven't received a table and chairs.

(Buffet cabinet) They exchange buffet once had trouble with exchange it for the one I have. I'm having a lot of trouble with crack on top, bad place the other thin place, the drawer are not even, the door won't shut on one side, the back is pull open some on back. 11-2013 I call them, they finally came and look at it said they would replace it get me a buffet they never did. Call them on the first one now.

I call, I went to store no furniture unless I pay them a diffrents about $400.00 dollars or more. I think this is awful they can get by with this if they do.Desired Settlement: I think they should replace my furniture or give my money back so I can buy me another buffet, table and chairs. Me and my husband live on fix income I can't buy furniture every year or two. I have been upset about this now for almost 2 years. No furniture replace, no money back (they say it been to long). I fill that is why they waited so long thinking I could not do anything about this.

Mrs. [redacted] called so we went the first time on her dinette table. She set a hot item on table basically she had no problem. Second time a complaint on her buffet. We adjusted doors. She called back weeks later so we replaced her buffet. After a while she called complaining again. I offered her to choose something else because those items were discontinued. Mrs. [redacted] would not be reasonable on agreeing to exchange these items. We did all we knew to do. Our hands are tied.

I have reviewed the response offer made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.

[redacted] the owner of the store is wrong in the letter he wrote to you is not right. The Dinette I did not put something hot on Dinette. I always put something under anything that’s hot he wrong about that. The buffet the first one had cracks in both door. He replaced the buffet with another one like it. The door won’t shut the drawers are uneven, the top of the buffet on the left side got a good size crack in top. The right has another crack not has big. The back is come apart in one place. He came and looked at the buffet he told me to come to the store and pick out something and he would exchange. I went to the store on a Friday, he had one buffet that would fit in my kitchen. He didn’t won’t to replace the Dinette unless I pay a differents the buffet he said he would have to have $450.00 Difrents. If he not going to replace my Dinette I think he should replaced both. I went on Friday in March to the store the buffet I wanted to exchange he said it was $789.00 he let me look through the furniture books but what I liked he said was discontinued. So I went back Saturday the buffet I had wanted to exchange he said it was $899.00 said I would have to pay a diffrents of $450.00. I told him that wasn’t right. I pay for a Dinette and Buffet, he said that he would be losing money, unless I paid that. I pay for furniture that should have been good he should do the right reasonable thing replace the furniture. I try to reson with him but he wanted money. I’am the one that is losing money, furniture, not [redacted]. God said do unto others as you would have them do unto you. I believed this. [redacted] doesn’t. Do the right thing [redacted], you are not being reasonable.
