I ordered two security cameras in January 2016. I received one camera. It is April 2016 and I still haven't received the other camera. They deleted my account so I can't log into my account. I emailed customer service and they said I need to log in to check status or request a refund but I can't log in because it said my account doesn't exist.. I've been going in circles for two months.
