The gentleman writing the complaint was given the rules that we are to follow when someone comes in to testThese rules are set in place so that all individuals receive the same testing experienceThe gentleman was given the rules before entering the testing area and was reminded that he needed to
be quiet even though he was the only candidate at the time the rules still have to be followed as another candidate can arrive at any timeThe gentleman was given a number of opportunities to follow the rules about talking out loud and chose not to follow themThe gentleman states that he does not speak very good English, yet the Proctor was able to understand every word spokenHe also stated that he did not know how to use the computer very well and was given some basic help to get startedWe are not supposed to teach someone how to use the computer when they are here to take a testThe Proctor at the time is of the same ethnic background as the gentleman who came in to take the test

As previously stated, we are unable to obtain a replacement voucher or have Certiport issue one. Please see previous conversation below:We have spoken with Certioort and confirmed that due to the expired re-take voucher Wise Guys PC was unable to provide the exam for Ms. [redacted]. Certiport has informed Ms. [redacted] that they are unable to re-issue the expired voucher and that she is more than welcome to file a grievance with their company. Wise Guys PC is unable to get a re-take voucher issued as we are only a testing center and followed Certiport's rules for attempting to test Ms. [redacted].

Review: On November 19 I was schedule to go to take a Directv Satellite Installer certification test at Wise Guys Pc Training at 11am, I paid $125 to take the test, I explain the gentleman who was at the testing center that I did not speak fluently english.I needed help to start my test, I only had the oportunity to open the first page and did not know how to start the questions so I asked him how to do it and very rudely he asked me to leave the center and reschedule. Now that I am calling Jones NCTI to reschedule and they want to charge me $125 again.I feel I was descriminated by this person, he is telling JONES NCTI that I was talking too much, there was no one else in that room but him and I.Desired Settlement: I would like you to help me by asking Wise Guys Pc Training to explain JONES NCTI the reality of the situation and to refund my $125.00, and that I feel descriminated.
