We have used WISE since we moved to New Albany. They have been very honest about any repairs that we have needed, prompt on the service calls, and have given reminder calls about maintenance needed for the spring/ fall seasons. We will continue to use WISE for our heating and cooling services.

We use their seasonal checkups for both furnace and air conditioning, and we've always been very pleased. They also replaced both units last year and gave us excellent service. The installers ran into an especially difficult problem due to the configuration of the thermostat wiring in our walls. They persisted until they accomplished the task. All of the people, both in the office and in the field, are personable and efficient. Things we especially appreciate are that they take good care of our property and are willing to take all the time necessary to answer questions.

I had my furnace and a/c replaced by Wise on 7/18/19. Jessie, Alex and Phil were the installers and did a great job. They were personable and professional, explaining what they were doing as the day went on. They also answered all my questions to my satisfaction. I received three quotes and Adam with Wise spent a great deal of time going over products and pricing with me. Their pricing was fair and I had the most confidence in this company. Very satisfied.

Recently I had issues with my thermostat. Steve from Wise Heating and Cooling came out the next day. Not only did he determine the issue, he also found some other issues and corrected them as well.

Jesse with Wise Heating and Cooling did a great job repairing our A/C unit. My AC stopped working in the middle of summer and they were able to get out and fix it the same day. I have an A/C unit in the attic and I know it’s super hot up there however he efficiently diagnosed the problem and installed the necessary part to fix it. So happy to have a cool house again! I also definitely recommend their maintenance plan!
