After doing our homework comparing Companies and Central Air verses Split units we decided to go with Jamie Oil Our Rep Keith was extremely professional and very clear on the process, the time line and the rebate due to us from the StateInstallation went off without a hitch, very pleasant and professional workers, they cleaned up as they went along and when finished took as much time as we needed until we were comfortable with the units and how to program them After only receiving half of what we were promised I contacted Jamie Oil who assured me that the amount they quoted was correct and they would look into it for me To make a long story very short the state contacted me stating that I was not eligible for any more rebates, I sent Jamie Oil a very unpleasant email letting them know I would not be using them for service of my units and would not recommend them to anyone That email was sent out at 8pm on a Friday night of a long holiday weekend, Imagine my surprise when the owner Tom, of Jamie Oil contacted me on Saturday morning at 8:am He was not pleased that I was not 100% happy and wrote out a check on the spot for exactly what I was quoted by his Rep Keith After speaking with Tom in depth I followed up with [redacted] resending them ALL of the documents that Carrier had provide weeks later and I am prepare to drive to Jamie Oil to reimburse Tom the check he sent to me [redacted] was in era not Jamie Oil [redacted] reimbursed me the second half of my rebate Jamie Oil stood behind their word even if it had to be paid out of their own pocket If stars were an option that is what I would give them Thank you Jamie Oil for a job well done and Reinforcing that fact what when a Word is giving it still means something

Avoid it if you can! Good price to lock you in and offered credit which you can use only if you are willing to accept the ridiculously high price the second yearWill come to fill your tank while you are away at work even if you talk with them several times on the phone saying you won't renew the contractIf you are determined not to pay cents/ gallon higher price than the company you already signed contract with, they ask you to pay $labor cost to pump the oil outNot an honest and fair business at allWorst experience ever dealing with an oil company!

I just got off the phone with Dennis M*** from Jaime Oil and honestly he was very upfront and very pleasantI had some red flags that came up after reading reviews, but the ones who have an issue are the first to speak up not the ones who have had a great experienceDennis cleared the air for me and I am confident on doing business with Jamie Oil

Similar to other reviews, the first year price was great and service timely Second year they sent a new contract with much higher pricing and wouldn't honor the pricing initially given because they wanted responses in unrealistic time periods So I elected not to resign with them They showed up unannounced and delivered oil I received a call today, after I wrote on my payment not to send any more oil as we don't have a contract They insisted I had to send a written request to stop service This is ridiculous as we have no contract To ensure they stop delivery I have sent the request in writing via email to stop delivery Not a customer friendly business and their communication style and timing is terrible
