I took a watch in for new battery and it took a while for sales girl to replace it (usually a 2 min job) ; she set watch to 11.25am where it remained when I got home at 1pm. Obviously problem was with watch, not battery . I immediately went back to store where I was told watch was working when I left store! I argued the point from whence a "dance" started between staff on floor and someone in back of store. I was even told that as batteries are man made there are often errors in batteries! Reminded me of a previous visit a couple of years ago when I was sold a package of 2 batteries for an electric dog collar - one lasted a week instead of the normal 3 months. On that occasion I was refused a refund of any kind but given a 10% off a future visit!! It was suggested that the dog "wore it out". This time I persisted and eventually my money was refunded. From experience of this store I'm convinced they will sell you anything, no refunds allowed for obvious problems. The clerk, i'm convinced, knew this watch was defect but still installed the battery at $15.99! Just glad I returned to the store in a timely fashion. Will never use them again - don't need to as other places offer a more superior service.
