planned for but had to do since we had to have over gazebo finished for my daughter engagement. I complained to the driver but he didn't care and I also called the sales rep with no response either. Very unprofessional business practice. I have receipts to back-up the additional cost for overlay.

I am rejecting this response because: The reply given was an excuse. I told the driver when he first started the pour it was too dry. He stopped and added more water and again I said it was too dry but he kept pouring so I had no choice but to work with it. As far as my experience I have pouring at least a dozen patios and never have had the issue I had with your concrete. I will definitely pass the word along to every contractor I know and anyone else not to use your company.Its amazing that I went and rented a concrete trailer then pickup my concrete at a competitor of yours Poured the overlay and everything was perfect. No issues with concrete.

In response to [redacted] complaint, there are many things that are out of our control to the finished concrete product. He stated the rocks were to large, all of our rock is the same size we delivered over a 1,000 yards of concrete on the same day with no other complaints. I checked with two other people in our office including the dispatchers and no one received a message from him, I’m not saying he didn’t call but we didn’t receive it. If we had I would have followed up and talked with him trying to resolve the matter. Concrete is very difficult to work if your experience is limited, Especially in the hot summer time when his was placed. As soon as it hits the ground it starts to set up.
