In response to [redacted] complaint, there are many things that are out of our control to the finished concrete productHe stated the rocks were to large, all of our rock is the same size we delivered over a 1,yards of concrete on the same day with no other complaintsI checked with two other people in our office including the dispatchers and no one received a message from him, I’m not saying he didn’t call but we didn’t receive itIf we had I would have followed up and talked with him trying to resolve the matterConcrete is very difficult to work if your experience is limited, Especially in the hot summer time when his was placedAs soon as it hits the ground it starts to set upI’m sorry it didn’t turn out to his expectations, but as I said there are many factors that are out of our control Regards [redacted] Office ###-###-#### Cell ###-###-####
Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Attached are the two pictures my wife tookWe had to pour an overlay which was an additional expense that we had not planned for but had to do since we had to have over gazebo finished for my daughter engagementI complained to the driver but he didn't care and I also called the sales rep with no response eitherVery unprofessional business practiceI have receipts to bathe additional cost for overlay Regards, [redacted] ***
