Complaint: ***
I am rejecting this response because: When Mr. W*** installed the rain gutter is was not installed properly the first time I never had water running over the gutter as long as I lived here there was never a problemSoon after the gutter was installed I informed MrW*** of this problem At this MrW*** was not paid in full yet and no problem coming back to make adjustment on the rain gutter. He was in the area doing insurance work from the hail storm. He was paid by insurance funds to do a job that should be satisfactory to the insurance company and the home owner I maintain that from Septthru March the weather got cold and we had no rain I did not realize this problem till this spring when we had a lot of rain. I maintain the rain gutter does not have enough pitch that will allow rain water to drain out. I have pictures showing several inches of water remaining in the gutter that becomes stagnant. I called MrW*** on June 8, again on June he said he would come out to correct the problem. Also spoke to his wife she said she would give him the message he never returned my call. I hope we can resolve this matter by simply readjusting the gutter to drain the water. MrW*** says he wasn't given a chance to come back he had no problem coming back before he was paid in fullI hope we can resolve this at the level with the Revdex.com and find a time that would be good for both parties Sincerely
