I want to make sure all our customers are happy and I'm willing to have the customer to come in so we can talk, Customer was here about a week after the purchased and never mentioned anything about being charged extra? Customer came to dealership with a payment of $200-$a month, we explained that is more of a lease payment and not a finance paymentSince we are a Ford dealership we can only finance a new car for herShe has issues with her credit and explained to herShe waited and got insurances quotes on a NEW car We waited and she wasn't approvedSo we told her we will talk to Ford the next day and see if they can approve the leaseWell next day she came in Ford wouldn't approve her because of the credit issues on her credit and we gave her options on a new car and the used car she wantedHer budget is 200-and both cars new or used its beyond her budgetShe has a budget and we explain to her we respect her budget but mathematically its not possibleShe was upset and claimed we knew her budget and she cant pass $a monthBut we explained Ford declined her for a lease (Low Credit Score) she doesn't fit in there guidelines for a leaseAn financing its still over her budget, We want all our customers happy

There was a problem with my right driver side wheel I took my car to the dealerThey gave me what they call a wheel to get it fixedI took the car to service to be fixedThey fixed a stabilizing bar on the drivers side and said they didnt see a problem with the passenger sideAnd when I took it to them I told them to check the hub barons, they didntI told them that the problem was not on the drivers side ,its on the passenger sideI was told they found know problem on the passenger sideI asked did they check the hub baronsThey said yesNow, I get the vehicle backI drive it for 4/days an the problem persistNow I take it to a outside mechanicHe checks the car, while the problem was happeningHis diagnosis was the hub barons were badalso, it was found that there was a leak coming from the engineAfter you let the car cool down, I guess the barons cool down the car it, will driveI take it back to the dealerTell them that the problem is still there and that the car is leaking oilthey give me another wheel to fix the problemsI take the car to service, they check the car out and tell me they have to seal the engineI ask what?a seal or gasket of sortI was told the whole engine had to come out and be sealedI was not comfortable with that for a vehicle I just purchasedSo I go back to the dealer and let him know I do not want this vehicleI was denied, but told they will trade in my vehicle when I get the title and registration to the carThat was the first talk we had about another carAnd I didnt want a newer carI wanted a car of value to the one I purchased,and a good carI was told that the problem was not seriousIt would only be 5/days and the car would be fixedI persisted to say I dont want this vehicle, because once you start messing with the engine the car will never be the sameThats just experience with having carsYes, they did give me a rental car, not out of courtesy, but because of the severity of the problem with the carOn I took the car back to serviceThey kept the car for dayswhich is a breach of my contract periodI went through humiliation for three weeks after I was told it would be fixed in 5/days about this vehicleI get the title and registration to the car, before its fixedI go to the dealerPresent the title and registrationThey didnt have anything for me right thenThey call me about days later say they have somethingI go and they want me to get a dollars car with dollar payments a monthNo, out of my price rangeI deniedI told him, like I have to honor this same contract to the bankWhy shouldnt he have to honor this same contract, for selling me this bad vehicleSo he told me there was nothing he could do for meSo another week go byI go back because I still havent got my car backThey tried to get me to make a deal on another car for dollars with payments a monthStill not affordable for meNow im pressuredI guess Steven calls service and ask about the car I purchasedHe came into the financial office and said your car is readyI say I dont want itHe said if you want it or notWe will stop paying for the rental car tomorrowThis is transportation to workI have to have a vehicleSo the next day I go turn the rental in and they take me to go get my carOk, I drive it for about a week/week in a halfIt starts to make noise sounds like its coming from the engineI know longer trust the dealer nor serviceI take the car to an outside mechanicHe tells me that the tensional is bad on the carI pay him to fix thatThe problem still persistedI took it back to himHe says that the alternator or timing pulley is badWhich is located in the area where the tensional is locatedI take the car back to the dealer and give them the receipt where I got the tensional fixedAnd to aware them about the current problemI didnt want them to work on the , but the liability was on themThis is the part of there complaint where they talked about they didnt hear anythingBut, I took it back to service where they kept the car for another days waiting on the timing pulley and the alternator that was badMy thing about this whole situation is that the first time I took my car to them for the wheel being badthey gave me paper work when they were doneWhen they worked on the engine and the timing pulley which is in the enginethey refused to give me paper work to what they did to the carThat in itself is an unfair practiceI feel frauded and mishandled as a consumerIve missed time off work , im a carpenter I travel all over the tri-state area with my workI have tremendous pain and suffering from this situationCity world ford should be liable in honoring Thank you, As I was saying we tried to put [redacted] in a newer vehicle because we don't have the exact used car he purchasedWe offered other used cars that we have but if he is looking for the exact same vehicle that's going to be very hardWe even agreed on a new car with no lose to the customer and he said yes few hours later he would cancel the deal, saying he rather keep the car he haswe didn't care if it was a lose to us we just wanted him happyWe tried everything to make the customer happy, There isn't much to say on this subjectPlease let me know if there is anything I can do, but at this point we exhausted every option possible Nick T [redacted] General Manager City World Ford

I don't understand why this is being sent to meI feel that I am not obtaining a resolution this case as the document that has been completed if you can see on the application is not in the same penmanship as the other writing(See enclosed documentation) I continuously keep getting the same documentation and hearing the same informationIf I have already been approved for $14,with a % rate why am I am very curious to hear this..Why would I ask to have my credit re-checked for a higher amount(Please advise). I completed the form hesitant to put my social security number in the requested section, due to being told that it was for the purpose of the consumer applicationHad I known the foolery that I would have been going through with this vehicle inquiryI would not have ever walked into the doors of this dealership with the very unprofessional people that work there. At this point, I am sickened with this entire ordeal and I will be calling the media on this case as I don't see why the emails keep coming back with the same informationI have repeatedly stated and I'm finding myself being frustrated in repeating myselfWhy would I want my credit ran an additional time for an approval amount that I already received and called in for a VehicleNo where in my complaint do I say that I was interested in another vehicle(See enclosed) this is the Vehicle that I went in to the dealership already approved forThe only documentation that this dealership has is a contract that they say I willingly just walked into the office with in order to have my credit re-run, as well as get approved for a higher rate monthly bill. We spoke with *** *** & her partner was present and everything was disclosed !!! Before a customer can sign a contract or any documents we disclose all informationEverything from the payment to the total amount financedOnce the customer agrees then we process the paperworkShe was
with her partner we both negotiated on payments, because of the credit she had a 12% APR rate (Her credit score was presented to her as well)Reasons why it took long we was trying to get a better APR Rate from the bank. So we finally agreed on the deposit to get the payment to $With a warranty on the used Ford Explorer with 33,milesThe deal was done she signed all the paper work and drove off with the vehicle. She came back a week later and the finance manager was busy with clients she just walked in without a appointmentAn when he finally brought Jenifer, her partner and there friend into the office they was very rude and hostile to the finance managerWe were very Clear on her monthly payments, warranty and the total amount financedWe want to make all our customers happyShe requested to cancel the warranty which we did for her. She got a Great deal on her SUV

When I spoke to *** on Memorial Day weekend he did not state those nice things to me that *** stated in his replyI have never dealt with ***! I went into the dealership on June * and June ** of Things did not go according to plan and I still left out unsatisfied When I got there I was expecting to speak to *** however *** put me over to *** another *** ***I sat in the dealership on June *** and nothing got resolved I left with the understanding of still having to get the car repoed'After speaking to *** *** with *** on the line as well I was told that the dealership could void out the contract but the dealership refuse to do so, even though they sold me a car with no warranty after being told I did have one and the car has structural damage that I did not know was detrimental towards driving, and could not pass inspectionWhen I first spoke to *** initially he told me that the car was my problem and hung up the telephone very rude, now weeks later they want to fix the car, but the car was sold overpriced and should not have been sold at all according to other dealerships who did not want to take the car and according to *** *** who stated they usually don't finance cars with structural damage [Your Answer Here]

Customer came to purchase a vehicle the credit wasn't great but we got him approved and the rate was high, 17%Customer came back after a month later saying he cant afford his paymentThere wasn't much we can do especially the car is titled under his name and is the current ownerBut as
a courtesy we told we will try to get him into a cheaper car, at a payment he can affordthe usual time frame is 8-months to trade a vehicleBut as a courtesy we will help the customer out, an try to put him in a cheaper payment

Customer called the dealership on a Memorial Day weekend claiming she's having issues with her car, we explain to her we could fix the vehicle for her in our service, to bring the car in Tuesday, Any issues we will take care of, just to make the customer happy, even thou she bought the

I was told to pay $per month for six months, at the time of the purchase, after which they would have the car refinanced at the rate of $290+ per month to meet the $per month that I told them I could affordI went back to them after the sixth month payment was concluded and they told me the Bank said I should pay three months more at the $588 before they can refinance the loanThat was when I told them that I could no longer afford the $588At no time, and I visited there business place four times, plus telephone calls, did City World inform me that they would try to put me into a lesser price car that I could affordAn option that I would have considered.
