Review: Other problems such as repairs resulting in additional damage that I was made to pay for! Excessive delay in repairs and very little communication between shop owner and I the customer! Failure to honor estimate for repairs! Failure to repair the vehicle!

I dropped my vehicle off at this shop on February 2nd to have clutch kit replaced and new tires and rims along with an oil change! The owner Scott said it would be repaired by the end of the week! Scot have me an estimate for $500 on clutch kit replacement and parts! I called that Friday they had not to look at it yet! I got a call from his mechanic [redacted] the following week saying he could save me money after looking at the car the only thing broken was the throwout bearing and I said ok! Two weeks later on a Monday he calls and says your car is ready! It was snowing so I paid them $515 for labor oil change throwout bearing mounting and balancing and 4 used half tred tires which I asked for new? Ok so I planned on picking the car up on Thursday that week! I go to pick up the car and they said my clutch broke the fork and the new throwout bearing but they would not charge me for them because he had put the pressure on the fork and broke them! Ok so the car is not fixed! And although my clutch is brand new they insisted I needed a whole clutch kit which I asked for to begin with! Ok so he texted me a quote of $220 but thought he could find something cheaper on clutch kit and said they would not charge me any on labor because I had already paid $325 (which was $75 more than original quote) ok so I called again Monday March 9th and he said he was waiting on a second fork apparently there was a mistake on what they ordered ! Ok so Thursday March 12th I stopped by there and he asked if I was ready to drive my car! Of course! So then they have me new bill! $305...159.99 for clutch kit and 129.99 for fork! I asked them why I had to pay for the fork when they admitted to breaking it! They said my clutch broke it! No he admitted to breaking it! This was so wrong! So I got in my car took it for inspection it was not driving right from the time I pulled it out of the shop! The guy that inspected it said my clutch was rough I should have it looked at and was shocked when I said I just picked it up after paying over $800 to have it replaced! He said to take it back! So I did I let mechanic drive it! He made an adjustment! It still is not right! I took it to town it barely goes out of first or in reverse! It sounds like it's falling to pieces and the throwout bearing is still knocking on and off!Desired Settlement: I feel like if they cannot fix it after 3 times that I should be able to take it to another shop and have them pay that shop out of what I have already paid them to do! And they should pay me back for the parts they broke! I am very worried they have done more damage that I'm not aware of at this point! What would the Revdex.com suggest I do? That's why I'm here!

I'm am beside myself right now I can't believe this is happening I just want a running vehicle!

Review: The repair of the vehicle has caused the car to not function as normal.Today November 25th, 2014 I went to wise tire in [redacted] for a scheduled repair on the AC by the dealership, [redacted] in [redacted] who was paying for the AC to be fixed as well as the battery be replaced due to the age of the battery. The dealership was to pay for the bill as the car is under warenty for 3 months or 5,000 miles. I took the car today the 25th of November 2014 and was told the repair would take 6 hours. When I picked up the car at 4:55PM I drove down the road and kept losing power. The belt is making loud high pitched noises and I keep loosing power. I pulled over and popped my hood and noticed that the battery was never replaced the date sticker on the battery was simply tore off. This is unprofessional and I was lied to when the owner said the battery was replaced. I went back and he didn't seem to care and told me to leave. My car is a 2005 Honda Civic Coup.Desired Settlement: I do not want this business to work on my car. I want to take the care to the business of my choice and for whatever needs to be fixed be paid for by the business Wise Tire. I do not trust them to not mess something else up.

Response:

On November 25th 2014 a young gentleman by the name of [redacted] dropped off his car at our shop a 2005 Honda accord 3 hours late for a scheduled appointment to replace the air conditioning condenser and replace the battery. This was for a job for a dealership that we work for under the name of [redacted], owner [redacted]. Mr.[redacted] had sold this car to said Mr. [redacted] and given him a warranty in which these items were covered. Our customer is Mr. [redacted], and absolutely no dealings were made or discussed with Mr. [redacted]. After missing three or more different appointments without a phone call Mr. [redacted] was finally able to get him to drop the car off. We received a used battery that tested strong from [redacted]. The car was dropped off late but we were able to complete this multi hour job the same day as the customer needed his vehicle as soon as possible. This car was in great shape and left running better than ever with new air conditioning condenser and strong used battery. After Mr. [redacted] had picked up his car he returned later at a very high rate of speed, nearly hitting a customers car in our parking lot. Walking toward us aggressively and cursing us saying we had messed up his vehicle. Mr. [redacted] stated his vehicle was losing power and belts were squeaking. We had to ask him repeatedly to refrain from cursing as we have no profanity signs around our shop to keep things respectable. He would not be reasonable and left without letting us survey the car. Absolutely no evidence of this was taking place as he had no problem Spinning tires and reaching highway speeds as he left our parking lot. No sounds of squeaky belts were heard as he left. Mr. [redacted] had received the same attitude from this customer as he tried to apologize and offered to correct any problems. Our experience with Mr. [redacted] and [redacted] has always been very positive and professional.Sincerely yours,[redacted]Owner
