I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below
I have attached screenshots of emails from *** the owner of Motorsports sent to *** *** of Wiseco Piston Inc that show requesting these pistons to be made for 600whp as they would be used for that particular power, and the response *** *** sent back to *** stating that she understood these would be used in a high power applicationI also attached a screenshot of Steve of Wiseco Stating that this never happened and that *** requested them to be made for 300hp as that is what Wiseco designed them to withstand unbeknownst to and their customers. The change that Wiseco speaks of is actually going over 300hp and that is when the pistons failed because they weren't designed to ever do that even though we requested them to beIf needed I can attach call recordings of Wiseco confirming their was a miscommunication, that communication issue as you clearly see is solely the fault of Wiseco, a company whos only job is to design and make these pistons should catch this "miss communication". As far as the I'm not a direct customer statementIf I buy a Samsung TV from Newegg and it burns my house down I don't go to Newegg to complain and seek damages I go to SamsungThis offering of $is absolutely disgusting as their "miss communication" caused me and other people so far $7700+ in damages each.

The customer is not our direct customer. He is a third party customer. 845 Motorsports is the company who ordered the pistons. necessarily ordered that way. The only item that was ordered was component to service 600 horsepower not that this piston would be a part of it. [redacted] from 845 Motorsports has shared with us they have had multiple failures, however we have not heard or seen any documentation of this before this case. We had an engineering evaluation done and we found no faults where our company did anything wrong in production and mis-design. The consumer notes he changed a component on the engine, which then shortly where after is when he had this failure. There are plenty of places an error could have taken place. He did provide invoices for repairs, but all items on there were not necessary to an engine rebuild. We will refund what Mr. Bowles directly paid us for the pistons, which is approximately $600.00.
