I am responding to the complaint made against my phone handling on April 10, 2015. I had just had a death in my family and the call went to my cell phone. I had talked to the same phone number six times the day before and had explained to him that I did not have three bedroom apartments,
plus I had discussed pricing, and information regarding utilities and leasing dates. He emailed me again with the same questions on Friday, which was the day of the funeral, and called twice in a row. On the third call I answered and tried to explain that I was busy at a funeral but he stated "there has been no answer and he had some questions". I tried to explain again that I could not accommodate three people because we do not have three bedroom apartments as I told him already the day before and I asked him to stop calling and just leave a message and I would get back to him Monday when I return to work. He said that I was being rude and yelling and he hung up on me. I was very emotional and I want to apologize if I came across rude. I did explain that I had a death and he still continued to email me on the day of the funeral. I told him that I was not working and that he called my cell phone. I had also already emailed him and answered his questions before I talked to him. I called him today, April as I told him I would, and apologized to him for being emotional and that I didn't mean to hurt his feelings. I also followed up with him today regarding questions on the apartments. I will attach the emails that I sent him on Friday. I am not sure how else to remedy this complaint

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
[Provide details of why you are not satisfied with this resolution.]. She says it is family owned business and therefore can treat others disrespectfully. . However, she is still complaining how many times I called etc. which is her job to tell no matter if I have more Qs about  her appartment. If she does not like answering she should leave the job. On the other hand she magically expects me to know that there was a death in her family. . She never answers any phone calls.. on cell or office Just imagine what she would do if you were to rent one of her appartments and need some help,  you signed a lease and she had your money.   Although, this person did call me and apologized yesterday she is not accepting her problems in this response and still blaming me for phone calls and asking her questions.  I dont see any way to resolve this.  I thank Revdex.com for taking up this matter for us.
