This vehicle is under FULL FACTORY WARRANTY and all of her "complaints" would be resolved at no charge to herWhen we explained this to her, including that [redacted] Roadside Assistance would pick up the vehicle and take it to the dealer, she started swearing at Matt Bour salesman and referring to him as a baby She continued this behavior while talking to the manager If she were to call the [redacted] Dealer her problems would be resolved at no cost to herThis action would also put her information into the [redacted] computer system for any future recalls or safety campaignsWe are unable to deal with a hostile and uncooperative customer

I am late in responding as I was hospitalized for pneumonia on 1-and on home rest for six weeks The vehicle was brought to our service facility with a complaint of the power outlet not working and a headlight bulb out A penny was found in the socket and a new fuse was suggested as was a new bulb for the headlightMr [redacted] refused the repairs and was charged a $diagnostic chargeIf he wants to cancel his warranty we will send him a cancellation formThe refund will then be forwarded to the lien holder and applied to the loan balanceAs Mr [redacted] refused the repairs we consider this matter resolvedPeter HAutoSolutions

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint For your reference, I attached the offer I was sent I did know how to drive a stick shift previous to buying this car My father does not know how to drive stick well at all so he would not claim he would teach me Also, the problem is not if I burned out the clutch or not The problem is I have a mechanic telling me that the clutch was NEVER replaced I understand they just sent a work order, but given that the clutch burned out in 10,miles, I am more inclined to believe the mechanic who said that the dealer did not replace the clutch rather than the dealer who told me they didThe mechanic, [redacted] Transmission, specializes in this work, so if they are telling me that the clutch is the original clutch with 120,miles on it, I think that is much more likely than a non-aggressive driver destroying a clutch in 10, Regards, [redacted] ***

Customer had us install tires. Keith used an electronic torque adjustable impact gun on all lugnuts installation. 3 months later Ms. ***'s boyfriend (a part-time driveway mechanic) had her file a complaint. We had not seen her since tires were mounted. Complaint stated that we didn't tighten her... lugnuts, causing wheels to loosen and studs to be damaged. Dennis talked with her and the boyfriend. Issue was resolved per invoice, attached. (Inv. #***). Duke

On 10-14-Mr*** brought his car to service to demonstrate his complaint and the car ran fineHe drove it with staff members and he said the car drove fineWe feel we have satisfied this customer and will be taking no further action

Duke stated in this letter that I never came back in after the tires were mounted which is a lie I did come back stating there was a horrible thumping noise in the rear of my car and Dennis drove the car around the lot stated it was not his mechanics fault and it was the ebreak not the tiresI then brought it back after approximately and a half months because I had a mechanic look at it and the tires were never tourched as he said they wereI filed with no knowledge of my boyfriend as he stated in the letterAnd Duke had a gentleman there who stated he was no mechanic but that my mechanic is wrong and that he did not even work there he was just there helpingDuke you dont know what my boyfriend does if you think he is just a driveway mechanicI am pissed because they still after giving me the studs did not admit they were wrong or say sorry for potentially killing myself others or destroying the car and did not offer to pay for me to take it somewhere else to get the repair because I did not want them touching my car after said incidentI had never recieved the invoice attached after picking up the studs and lug nuts and got an attitude from his employees and a smug smile upon picking them upI never dismissed them from the incident upon picking up the parts as stated in the invoice

was suggested as was a new bulb for the headlight. Mr. [redacted] refused the repairs and was charged a $19.79 diagnostic charge. If he wants to cancel his warranty we will send him a cancellation form. The refund will then be forwarded to the lien holder and applied to the loan balance. The vehicle has been driven 5,000 miles since purchase 5 months ago.. I offered her 50% of the repair cost as a credit to use in our service department. She refused it saying she'll never come back here or use our service.

7-29-16: We have mailed. return receipt requested, the warranty cancelation paperwork to Mt. [redacted]. He will need to fill it out and forward it to the warranty company. We will at some point receive the cancellation from the warranty company and we will forward the refunded amount to the lender to be applied to the loan balance.

The attached work order is for the new clutch, replaced on 2-15-16. At delivery Mr. [redacted] said he did not know how to drive a stick shift too good but his Dad would teach him. We consider this matter closed. Peter Haidt Owner
