I received this message on Revdex.com website & trying to reply but I dont see any option to reply, I Just want to clarify one thing that we never said that we will pay for their re issue costPassenger has to pay re issue fees & fare difference for any changes & they have to re book this ticket withing ticket validity...Airlines don't allow us to hold credits that longI said there will be change fees & fare difference for any changes, It is their mistake & they have to pay for what ever airline penalties & change fees are We will not charge any of our service fees in this transaction...Normally agencies charges between usdto usdas service feesBut I will not charge anything on that..but they will have to pay Airline fees & fare difference

Hello Revdex.com,I received this complaint today 05May& replying today only because we have nothing to hide. Mr *** is not telling you full story, passenger did NOSHOW at the airportIf she was under treatment since 18Feb, They should have called us before & cancel her
TravelAs per airline passenger cancel her travel space at airport on day of departurePassengers who were traveling with her they cancel her travel plans at airport check in counter on day of departure*** had advised them to cancel the reservation 24hours in advanceMr *** called our office on 11Marfor this issue & informed me that she didn't TravelThan I asked him to send me Hospitalization Doc & I will submit it to airline & will revert back to youI have a proof that ticket is still OPEN & its not RefundedHer ticket no is *** & you can call *** airline to verify that same detailI have a reply from *** airline sales rep Ms *** *** who denied Refund WaiverI have also forwarded same information to Mr *** that this ticket is Non Refundable & Airline has denied to give any waiver I have personally talked to Mr *** 2times & asked him to get me name of the agent who said that ticket is Refunded but He never replied or advised me anything.We tried our Best but we are not the airline, If airline grants the waiver, I will Refund her ticket right away & give him the money.If he says airline has refunded ticket, Please ask him to get proofI have a proof that ticket is still OPEN ( Attached Please find Eticket copy, where it says status is OPEN)Here in this case he is misleading Revdex.com & Revdex.com customers.If you have any question or concern, feel free to Call me at ***.Thank you, *** ***, Wish My Trip

I said there will be change fees & fare difference for any changes, 
It is their mistake & they have to pay for what ever airline penalties & change fees are. 
We will not charge any of our service fees in this transaction...Normally agencies charges between usd50 to usd100 as service fees. But I will not charge anything on that..but they will have to pay Airline fees & fare difference.
