I have had an account with Wish.com and have been purchasing products in which they advertisebon their app on my cellphoneAs I had gotten a few of my items I have purchased I recieved a package of somethimg I did not order and tried to go into my wisb app to check on the transaction and shipping number and my wish app would not let me into my account stating "oops authentication error"I then called the customer service number they have online which was [redacted] and was attended by a man with an Indian accentThe agent asks me a few questions for identification purposes to gain access to my account and my information matched so we got inI told him about my issue and he tells me my account is on a temporary hold due to suspicious activitiesHe then tells me my account has been hacked by people in MexicoI ask him what needs to be done? Can we change my password? He tells me no tge hackers will just gain access to my new password and that he can get my account worked on

I ordered a surround sound system from Wish [redacted] for my officeOnce out of the box, I realized it was too big, so I arranged for a return (2/9/2018)The item was returned to their customer service in Santa Clarita, CA and was received on 2/12/As of this date, I have not received a refund in the amount of $I have emailed repeatedly and keep getting the run aroundWish is waiting for the day return policy to run out so they won't have to issue a refundThe package has been in their warehouse for almost a month

Never received items and am being referred to a return policy that doesn't address non receipt of items when I try to get a refundNo items and no refund!

Horrible customer service, horrible product deliveryDo not try to get help from a real person They're products are cheap nock offs from China delivered in used wrapping paper with a hand written address label on it from ChinaThe shipment takes weeks to monthsWhen you try to cancel the order online you cannot, there is no option to do soI have sent an email, Facebook Message, phone calls that went unansweredMy next step is to cancel my CC and seek legal action in California

I have been requesting different refunds from [redacted] Two of them are only $each and a third one is for just $I know it is a very small amount, but they are dodging me by saying that they have given me a refund and confirmed it on their end, but my bank says that they have absolutely no information what so ever on any refundsThere is not a single refund on my bank statementsThis has been going on for months and [redacted] swears that the refund went through on their end all three timesIt has not and I think they are scamming meI have family who also confirm that they have never once actually gotten a refund from [redacted] as well

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: Wish.com has already sent me this emailIt does not solve the problemI did not "slide to pay"The app glitches and slid by itselfI NEVER approved or confirmed the order myselfThe app confirmed it ON IT'S OWN because it was faultyThere was no message that popped up saying that I could cancel the order if I wanted to and when I tried to cancel, their app only allowed me to cancel itemIt left an error message saying "You've already done this too many times"They did not fix the problem until A DAY LATERAFTER I emailed them and told them the problem and asked them to cancel my order because I couldn't do it myself on their app Their suggestion to try to get a refund now is irrelevant because it will require me to mail everything back to them, which will cost me more money than if I don't send them backI would like for them to pay the shipping for me to ship the items back OR just refund my money because WISH.COM, itself placed my orderI DID NOT place it myselfcording to their suggestion, I will have to go onto their website, request a refund, wait for them for days to respond, send back INDIVIDUAL packages (according to their company's rulesEven though they themselves sent some items in packages TOGETHER.) This is not fair businessESPECIALLY because I DID NOT CONFIRM THE ORDERAnd they did not allow me to cancel the orders when I asked for them to allow me to (before their allotted hour time frame) The response that they sent is the one of the same automated responses that I have been receiving via email multiple times, and is part of the reason why I have come to the Revdex.com for helpSincerely, [redacted]
