I bought my wife some thing through wish [redacted] some time ago using my debit cardI have wanted to stop doing thatso I had my wife open her own her own checking account, so that she purchase the things she wants from wish [redacted] herself with her own debit cardWe have tried to get my card information remove from their siteMy wife also now uses her debit card information when making her ordersBut they are still debiting my accountI would like them to remove my information from their system

Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I was told by email from a person named "***" that a credit would be issued immediately That was after my initial email asking where is my stuff? At no point was I ever told that my shipment wouldn't arrive until November until I was notified that my shipment was sent out This is unacceptable service and for that reason I AM DEMANDING A FULL REFUND IMMEDIATELY!!Sincerely, [redacted]

I ordered an item from WIS [redacted] (a shirt) on Feburay 4th, and received and envelope with pieces of paper in it with some Chinese writing on them on May 8th, (took months to get the package) When I contact Wish and requested a refund I was told It was late as it was over days past the estimated delivery date and was referred back to the Wish return policy which say you have days from the date of delivery so I then request the process to return the item for my money back (as per their policy) I was once again told that I was past their time frame of days past the estimated date of delivery Until this package I have had no issues with WISH and their customer service department has been excellent, but this is now FRAUD (as far as I am concerned)

I had items in my shopping cart that I did not wish to purchase at the timeI placed no orderReceived no notice of an order going out in a confirmation email, and my mother's credit card was charged for items wish sent to an address that wasn't even mineI contacted wish[redacted] through the only means they give which is a customer service email because when you call their number [redacted]  it only tells you-you have to make changes online or send email They basically said there was nothing they can do and to contact my postal service for address changesI clearly stated they sent items to an address that wasn't mineSo, My mom is being charged with an order on her card that I didn't complete and we aren't even in the state where they are sending it

Wish[redacted] is a scam company, order one item then two later they charged my credit card for over dollars for items we didn't order In addition, no way to contact them and they just keep sending crap from ChinaBest method is contact your credit card company and dispute chargesGoing to file compliant with CA Attorney suggest others do Do not use this company scam scam scam!!
