Wish says that they have sent me my money back and sent a tracking number but my bank account shows no transfer from wish has been deposited back into my accountI have been a customer with wish for about yrs and this is the first time I have ever had this issue with them n the last

I purchased a product (Bestway CollerZ Tropical Breeze Person Float) for $plus $shipping on July 15, from Wish.com The sore name is [redacted] and the order number was [redacted] On July 30, I received a small package from the seller (Tracking # [redacted] ) that contained a note indicating that "We are still working to fulfill your order but it will not be delivered within the original time framePlease accept this complimentary gift for your inconvenience while we continue to work on fulfilling your order." In the small package (weighing less then a half a pound) was a small, very cheap, cloth pocket with a zipperIt was smaller then a size of 8xcopy paper and made extremely cheaplyI tossed it because I had no use for such an item and they indicated the item I ordered was forthcomingThe delivery estimate for the original item was Jul 31-Aug On August 26, I initiated a customer service inquiry via the Wish appI indicated that

People plz do not buy from this horrible companyI recently decided to give this company a try and it was a bad experienceI made a few purchase's after I decided to cancel two item's because I changed my mindI canceled before anything was shippedOK I waited for my refunds I placed the order on the 9th and canceled the two item's on the same dayWow when I checked with my bank two weeks later there was no refundI sent them an email and they said they never gave me a refund because the canceled amounts we're never deductedHorse [redacted] I checked my statements and bam the amount for the canceled item's was removed by wish and never refundedI sent another email now they are giving me the run aroundI will be OK as my bank is getting involved in getting my money backPlz stay away from such [redacted] of a store

I purchase a watch from [redacted] in late January or early FebruaryThe watch was delivered in working orderLast week my wife went to charge the watch and the USB port that was on the system board separated from it I have been in contact with [redacted] ***s customer support department since May 19th trying to resolve is issueEvery reply I get from them is by a different personIn my emails I explain to them this is a warranty issue that is outside of there "Refund Policy"This clearly a case of a manufacturing defaultI have requested for the contact information for either the vendor or the manufacturer so I can get this issue resolvedThe have never given me thatI have also ask for someone to call me to resolve this issueThere reply was all customer support is handle through email
