I ORDERED WITH THE WISH APP AND WANTED TO CHECK ON ORDER STATUSALL OF A SUDDEN I COULDN'T LOGIN USING MY [redacted] LOGIN ANYMOREI CLICKED FORGOT PASSWORD AND PUT MY EMAIL IN AND APPARENTLY MY ACCOUNT NO LONGER EXISTS BUT I HAVE PROOF I HAD AN ACCOUNT CUZ OF THE RECEIPT THEY EMAILED ME AND THE WITHDRAWAL OF THE FUNDS CLEARED THROUGH MY [redacted] SO WHEN I EMAILED SUPPORT THEY STILL HAVEN'T RESPONDED AND THE PHONE NUMBER SAYS EXTENSION NOT WORKINGSO BASICALLY THERE IS NO WAY TO CONTACT CUSTOMER SERVICE TO FIND OUT WHAT HAPPENED AND IF I'LL BE GETTING THE THINGS I ORDERED OR NOT AND WHETHER OR NOT I'LL BE GETTING MY MONEY BACK!

Order ID: [redacted]  I ordered this Hydro Mousse Liquid Lawn on April 20th and it arrived early May with nozzle and container, with no "hydro mousse"The whole purpose of ordering was to cover spots in lawn with the grass seed mousseI emailed Customer Service and they asked me to take pictures of the package and contacts and send backI did soThey then responded that I ordered a promotional item and it is what it is basicallyThis is deceptive advertisingThey now say that I can return the merchandise for credit, but I do not have the time to do so, especially for a $itemThis has been a horrible experience and they should not be allowed to get away with these type of practices

I just purchased some items from wish [redacted] using the iphone appThis was my first time using the siteWithin a day I had unauthorized transactions on the card I usedWish was the only place I used my card within a week and it didn't leave my houseThe site is a scam and I am very disappointed they don't have better security or sell peoples information

We used the wish site in the past and then we were getting charges on our debit card so we ordered a new card We ordered from this site again and the same thing happened They steal your credit card information and use it This company needs to be closed down

I recently bought a Jaragar brand watch through wishI got an extremely excellent buy at $and $for shippingI knew coming from China it would be a while for shippingWhen the package came I opened with thrilled anticipation only to discover it was sealed and shipped EMPTYNo watchI let Wish.com know about it, expecting it to be resolved without incidentThey have been great in the past resolving any issues I have hadThey said they spoke to the merchant and the merchant concluded that I did receive the item as orderedI DID NOTWish happily refunded my $1.95, with the instructions to buy another watchThey are now selling that same watch at $They would not replace the watch, or sell it to me at the previous priceThis is a ridiculous scam to get more money out of people and it is DEPLORABLEI will never order anything from them EVER, and will tell everyone I know to boycott them as well

Hi, I tried to unblock my account with Wish but they didn't solve my problem, nor do they explain to me why they blocked itJust the customer service rep referred me to the "terms" pageShe might of put me on the spam list when I showed her my screenshot on the banking app, and a PDF of the bank statement (which the website either wanted a picture of the card or bank statement) to show I own the accountI didn't get a response back from herI know there is a system, but I couldn't buy anything from them at this time because of this blockThe apps are good, but there is still room for improvement customer service-wiseSo far, I use the home app.It's my first time buying from them, I don't want it to be the last timeNot only that, I'm hoping to get the order right and not get a broken one in return
