Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: I have made it painfully clear that this is NOT a prepaid debit card; this was bought with an AMEX gift card As I've said many times already to the Wish.com is in customer service, "I DO NOT HAVE THE GIFT CARD ANYMORE THE GIFT CARD WAS IN NO WAY ASSOCIATED WITH MY LOCAL CREDIT UNION WHERE I BANK I DO NOT KNOW THE GIFT CARD NUMBER PLEASE CUT A $CHECK AND MAIL IT TO MY HOME ADDRESS." It is sad that these is continually regurgitate the same answer; it's like they don't even read my replies It is my life mission to make sure everyone on [redacted] knows how stupid the customer service people at Wish.com really are.Sincerely, [redacted]

I ordered off [redacted]  many timesI was sent an email on March 19th stating my product had arrived in the mailI went to my mailbox and the item was not thereI spoke to my postal employee and she said it was delivered and that there is a problem with people stealing mailI spoke with neighbors to see if they had my items by mistake and know one had itI emailed wish multiple times asking for a refund or possibly sending my article againI already had to wait almost a month for my product and the cost was only around I had ordered from them multiple times and never made a claim my items were missingI feel I was robbed twice in one dayOnce by the person who stole from me and by [redacted]  because I paid for an item that I am unable to wear or enjoyI am deleting this application off my phone and I will never purchase anything from them againI read the [redacted]  rights, but how is it fair that they getTo keep my moneyHow about giving me a credit on the website and I could just repurchase the itemNope, they didn't even offer thatThey just sent me the same email over and over again, just with a different name each timeIn my opinion, this application is a waste of your money

ContextLogic Inc operating as wish [redacted] dropped the price of a cell phone that I ordered from themWhen I asked them for a price adjustment, they said that I can only get a price adjustment if the item has not shipped out yetI checked and the order did not ship out yetThey are not honoring their policiesThey also claim that their prices are 75% off the original priceThe original price seems to be an inflated price they make upThey really do not follow their guarantee of "We have your back! You never have to worry when you shop on Wish."

Horrible! Products are cheap and not at all as picturedWhen you view your cart, they make it unable to delete products in the cartSo you basically have to buy whatever you initially put in the cart or create a new accountIt's all bad!

I bought a graphics card off Wish***I noticed the price was really cheap but looking at the description it said the following: Package Includes: Graphics card, dvd driver, 8pin power cable, user manual, and iGame tool bagI was soldI had dealt with scams before and as a lawyer told me take snapshots of everythingSo I did so which was a good thing because when I went back to check the tracking I noticed the item and description changed to a brushNo one picks up the phone when I tried calling, I sent an email only to get automated responses and I saw on their [redacted] page there were others dealing with the same problem

I'm so glad I decided to check the reviews on this business before I placed my orderAfter reading the reviews I decided to unsubscribe since I have no intentions of making ANY purchase from them, and guess what? They won't let me instead they divert me into a sign up pageWhat REPUTABLE business will not let you unsubscribeNONE!!! Since they won't allow me to unsubscribe I have now marked them as Spam mail and I would suggest others who have experienced this to do the sameThis is a suspicious business as far as I'm concernedNo thank you
