I purchased an item through wish[redacted] for these Nike shoes that total $the shoes were tracked [redacted] and sent to my house unfortunately I never received the shoesI opened a complaint with [redacted] after an investigation they have ruled in my favor and have since the wish[redacted] a check in the amount of $to be sent to me I have a claim number and tracking number and verification from [redacted] that the check had arrived there back to wish on April 6th I just want my money back I never got shoes and I can't get a response from them to save my life please help

Poor service knock off products and dishonest customer supportOver a week and items not shipped and customer service sends me a bunk tracking number and says cant refund me item is in transit

I kindly asked for a refund of my order because most of my order were artificial plants from their website that were deceivingWhat I thought I was getting were plants in a planter or vase of some sort but all that I received was these little pieces of artificial leaves and grassThey kept telling me to go to mobile app to ask for a refund thru their app but I told them I tried and it didnt work on my phone and I do not have a laptop or computerThere was a woman [redacted] who said I would rwceive a refund but the another person said I couldntI tried calling and all you get is an answering machine so I sent an email asking for someone to call me and noone ever didI am very upset by this and its the worst cusromer service I ever had

I saw a cute shirt on a Wish[redacted] ad in a side bar on Face Book so I thought I would sign up to shop with themI couldn't get signed up because the log in said that my information was not correctHow could it be wrong if I've never signed up beforeI contacted the customer service as directed by the siteNow I have received an email stating that "Due to company policy, we will not be able to remove the block from your account at this time." What the heck?! One, I don't have an accountTwo, how could I be "blocked" if I don't have an account? Three, how can they call that "customer service"? This company is horribleI figured it would be cheap stuff anyway but thought it would be fun to shopDon't bother with this company! They should be shut down for advertising!
