Sizes are way offCustomer service should pay for returns since everything is in China.They send sizes that you did not order & colors

I've ordered separate things from wish , I received one one time The other are getting pretty close to months late and the customer service department has been next to useless in resolving the problemA refund doesn't change the fact that I wanted the item , waited an absurdly long time for them to arrive and have nothing to show for it

On July 28th, I purchased a New Ultrathin Android Smartphone LTE 4G /3G /2G Network 2GB+16GB ROMThe cellphone was delivered on August 1st On August 3rd, I took the cellphone to *** to have it activatedOnce activated the cellphone was not in fact an LTE cellphone as Wish [redacted] had advertised, but a standard 4G phoneI contacted Wish [redacted] on August 7th in an attempt to initiate the process to return the phone and obtain a refundWish [redacted] requires its customers to interact with a web-based automated system that vets your inquires to a Wish representativeThe web-based system kept asking me to contact customer serviceAfter finding a 1-number I called listened to the company's automated phone message, then once that message is done it says "system not available" and hangs up on youThere is no way to speak with any representative outside of this automated system and every response that I have received has been differentI am getting the runaround to return this p

Right after I signed up with this company that CONSTANTLY advertises on [redacted] , they must have sold my e-mail address to literally hundreds of companiesI have begun receiving approximately 50-e-mails at a time from one of many different companies on any given day, including pornographic, Asian singles and debt sites, and it's all clogging up my SPAM folder I now receive hundreds of SPAM e-mails daily, which this company has caused How can I be sure? Because I never received SPAM e-mails from China or Japan prior to signing up with this company, which sells products mainly from these CountriesI have reported this to their "customer support," but they are not taking this situation seriouslyAny assistance to put an immediate stop to this would be greatly appreciated!

On March my daughter ordered one headset from wish.com and later the following week my grand daughter was checking to see she it would be delivered and instead of her checking her email she would go back to where it was ordered and each time there would be a new order of the same headset and would a cure a new charge on my debit cardThe total now stands at $And my problem is these people have a phone number listed but it an automate mechain no one to answer and the only way you can contact them is through emailMy grand daughter has a disability and she didn't know she was placing an order each time she viewed the orderHelp me broke grannyThank you for your help [redacted]

On the website Wish***, there is a price tag beside each itemHowever, depending on the item you choose to purchase, you may be charged moreWith some items, after an item is added to the cart, the price of the item increasesI e-mailed Wish Customer Support and inquired as to the reason for thisTheir response indicated that the sellers on their website had the authority to base their prices on sizing, popularity of an item, and other various factorsHowever, the customer is not given an explanation as to why the item placed in their cart has been inflated from the original posted priceIn my opinion, this is a deceptive practice, for: 1) A customer is charged more than the original posted price2) No explanation is given by the seller for the price increaseI am, therefore, requesting that the Revdex.com investigate this business practice of Wish [redacted] for possible violationsThank You

I have ordered many items from Wish.comI've had problems with more than half of them One was never receivedSome were a different size than orderedMany were a more inferior quality than picturedOne literally fell apart in my hands! Two shirts and one pillowcase smelled so strongly of mold that they had to be thrown away and one of them was a gift! I have had trouble getting refunds and today had to ask for refunds on the two moldy shirts! The website says it guarantee's it's purchasesOne can only "wish" that it does so!
