My *** ** *** was left in a subdivision for Kufner Towing to pick up at 7:the following morning They delivered it to the Akron/Canton *** Dealer When I picked the car up after repairs, the silver *** engine cap was missing The Dealership said it was missing upon arrival Nobody else had access to my vehicle except Kufner Towing and the Dealer The car was locked overnight
was told my daughter illegally parked within feet of a driveway in lakewood the picture that kufner provided was sketchy at best she was told if she picked up the car with the release from Lakewood before midnight the cost would be we arrived at minutes until midnight but was told by a counter boy that we were later than midnight and were charged an additional there was no negotiation and the employee acted like a jackass place takes only cash so that should tell you about the integrity of the place tried to follow my daughter to make sure she was safe but the employee basically shouted *** you to me stay away from this dump!
Kufner towing showed up to tow our car that had been involved in an accidentKundera is affiliate through road side assistance in which we called and got transferred to KufnerThe tow truck driver showed up and appeared to be very angryHe asked us why we are towing it because he felt the car was totaledWe stated to him that we did not feel safe driving itHe then picked up the bumper to our car that was laying on the street beside the vehicle and proceeded to SHOVE it into our carHe tore the leather interior in both front and back seatsWe told him he damaged our car and he ignored us and took off with our car to the repair shopMy husband and I followed the driver to the repair shopI called road side in route and informed them of the damages that were done to our car by the tow truck driverAs the days went on we found out that our car was repairable from the accident damage but due to the fact that the tow truck driver ripped the interior, the bill to repair that came t
Had a tire blow out on the freeway and Kufner Towing came to the rescue Brad was very prompt and courteous when he arrived He explained exactly what he was going to accomplish to change my tire and even had to crawl underneath my vehicle on the side of the freeway to remove the spare tire It's too bad car manufacturers place the spare tire underneath the vehicle to remove it Had this been an inclement weather day, I would have felt very sorry for Brad All in all, Brad had us on our way and pointed us to the correct road to make our journey homeAlthough my tire blowout was a uncomfortable situation, Brad from Kufner Towing was prompt and ever so helpful Thank you, Brad
I was recentky visiting my boyfriend after work this eveningI stopped by his house around 6pm and was leaving around 9:30pmTo my surprise, I found that my vehicle had been towed by this companyI called them and inquired if they had picked up my vehicle as there was no visitor parking availableThe tow truck company stated that my car was illegally parked and they had towed Lets just mention that the apartment complex has stories of apartments on each floor and there are only available spots assigned for visitor parking, in which, the tow truck company said take it up with apartment management I went to the tow truck company to pick up my vehicle , in which, would have only been there for hours max if pixked ip immediately after I parkedI found that it was $plus $service fees to obtain my vehicle On top of this, you could not use any credit, cash only, so you were directed to use the ATM machine that charged $to disperse moneyAs I contemplate this, I realized this must be a scam to get money from tenant's visitors not only from the towing company, but the management company who only provides spots for apartments and refuses to provide tenants with any other parkingPlus, the fact that they do not accept any form of payment other than cash, in which, you must use a cash machine that sits right in front of their office that charges an absurd transaction feeAre they reporting all the money they must be making from this racketeering scam between the two businesses? I believe this violates fair housing laws, in which, a tenant should have the right to have adequate availability for visitor parking for the amount of tenants living in this complexI believe the tow trucks must case the parking lot just waiting for the visitors parking to fill up to tow cars away!!!! This scam should be investigated!!
On April 24th, I woke up to a flat tire and my car was parked in my drivewayI must have ran over a nail or something the night beforeI called roadside assistance that is covered under my warranty with fordEvery month I pay for extra services, roadside being one of themI have no say in who ford sub contractsThey sent out the first guy to come change the tire, Im not sure if he was affiliated with kufner or not but he was unsuccessful in changing my tire after using a hammer trying to get the lugnuts looseHe said he couldn’t get the tire loose, that it won’t budge and advised me to call roadside again to get my vehicle towedI took his advice and called roadside againThis time they sent out a tow truck that was in fact kufner towing companyThe man said he wasn’t going to tow my car, that it wasn’t necessary and that the guy who came out before didn’t know what he was talking about or doingHe said he had + years experience and that He said he was going to fill up the
