We hired this company to do a simple job in replacing a wooden pole that is rotten and if come down, we will lose power to our home
We paid the deposit over a month agoWe have called and sent emails to schedule a service date only to be told they are waiting on TEPWe contacted TEP and were told they have multiple openings each week and they said there is no reason this shouldn't have been done week ago
This company required a deposit for a service they did not complete within a reasonable time frameWe contacted them again this past Friday and have had NO RESPONSE from them
