Used company previously and was very satisfiedUsed a second time and was very surprised and dissatisfiedStarted work a month later than scheduledDid not listen to our idea for backyard and did a totally different structureWhen asked if they can do differently was told it was too lateJust would not budgeThat being said let them continue and that was an even bigger mistakeWhen asked if we can take away some of the structure I was told that would cost even more than them finishing an area that we didn’t want in the first placeReally didn’t want to believe that this was a company that once they had your money they could care lessBut unfortunately King Concrete isPersonally spoke with the owner and he promised on many occasions that they were coming back to finish an area for meThat was in AugustStill haven’t heard from himAnd I have texts from him so there’s no getting around thisMany friends and neighbors said that once they got the money we wouldn’t hear from them againThey were rightEven the steps that they built are not the right size and shapeTold by other contractors that the steps could possibly be a safety issueTo sum up we were very disappointed in King Concrete this time around
