Response: [redacted] has contacted us on many occasions advising of issues with his connection, specifically download speeds and pings to a video game serverWe have spent a very considerable amount of time attempting to resolve these issuesWhen he experiences slow speeds, and mentions download speeds of 2-3Mbps, we see that there is a steady/solid 8Mbps of traffic being generated from his internet connectionThis leads us to believe that perhaps there is other devices on his personal network that are also doing traffic at the same time in which he is testing his speedsWe have completed several service calls, and have found no fault with our equipment or networkHis main complaint has usually been his ping times to a specific video game server that he is attempting to play onWe have as well spent time with him addressing this issue, and both us, as well as the client have determined that the issue is outside the WISPRENN network [redacted] has confirmed this on more than one occasionThrough the WISPRENN network, the ping and response times have been well within the acceptable rangeOnce his traffic leaves our network however, is where the high ping times come into playWe have advised him that we have no control over where his traffic goes, or is routed once it leaves our networkWe have exhausted all available steps at our disposal to attempt to resolve that, but since the issue is not occurring on our network, or on any equipment that we own and administer, there is little recourse available to usWe understand his frustration, and we would be more than happy to resolve theses issues, if there was something on the WISPRENN network that were causing them, however these all of our attempts and investigation have proven the issue lies elsewhere

of 2-3Mbps, we see that there is a steady/solid 8Mbps of traffic being generated from his internet connection. This leads us to believe that perhaps there is other devices on his personal network that are also doing traffic at the same time in which he is testing his speeds. We have completed several service calls, and have found no fault with our equipment or network. His main complaint has usually been his ping times to a specific video game server that he is attempting to play on. We have as well spent time with him addressing this issue, and both us, as well as the client have determined that the issue is outside the WISPRENN network. [redacted] has confirmed this on more than one occasion. Through the WISPRENN network, the ping and response times have been well within the acceptable range. Once his traffic leaves our network however, is where the high ping times come into play. We have advised him that we have no control over where his traffic goes, or is routed once it leaves our network. We have exhausted all available steps at our disposal to attempt to resolve that, but since the issue is not occurring on our network, or on any equipment that we own and administer, there is little recourse available to us. We understand his frustration, and we would be more than happy to resolve theses issues, if there was something on the WISPRENN network that were causing them, however these all of our attempts and investigation have proven the issue lies elsewhere.
